The approach to the cottage from Teasdale Road, is down a short lane crossing through woodland fringed meadow with a wetland on one side and alfalfa cultivation on the other. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

The house has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
