Great view from balcony! Host was very responsive before we arrived and answered all questions we had for stay. Local restaurants within a short drive or walk. Walking distance to pool and beach and overall a very nice and peaceful stay. Well worth the cost.

Throughly Loved our stay at Eddie’s beautiful beach home! Definitely a priceless gem! Great location with beautiful beach themed decor! Immaculately clean and updated! Enjoyed the gorgeous balcony view that was like no other! Honestly seemed as if we were floating on a cloud right over the Gulf! The short walk to beach, restaurant, vehicle, and local attractions were on point! So impressed with Eddie and his place! He was also extremely welcoming and made us feel like family!! The perfect little beach spot!! Quaint and so peaceful! Couldn’t have been happier!! Thank you for a blessed trip!! Cannot wait to return! 🥰🙏♥️

I highly recommend Leanne's condo at the Caribbe! The location is wonderful. I loved watching the boats coming in and out of the bay every day. There was lots to do and the onsite restaurant was amazing. The condo was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. Driving directions were great. Check in was so easy. Leanne communicated along the way and her responses to all my questions were quick and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Great place for a quick getaway. The unit was beautiful and the views were amazing! Loved the smaller building - plenty of room at the pool and beach with no wait for the elevator. Will stay again!

Cheryl's place was absolutely fantastic and Cheryl is one of the nicest host I've stayed at. Beach is walking distance. Food and entertainment is close by and you are in the middle of everything but in a private location. Even the neighbors are friendly. Will definitely be back and wish I would give 6 stars 🌟

Patricia was very good about communicating throughout the stay. We needed a little assistance during our stay and she was very helpful. This unit is spacious and the view is amazing - highly recommend!

The condo is in a great location, steps to the beach via a private walkway. The balconies overlook the pool and the hot tub. Maintenace staff was readily available, although I had no issues or concerns. Quiet, but with the expected level of noise for a vacation rental. Martha is a great host and goes above and beyond to be available and make sure you enjoy your stay!!

This is our second stay in Anne's Airbnb. We love the location. The beach is beautiful and you have a view from two balconies. Anne is a really responsive host. She goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable and fill their needs. We sleep like babies when here. And there is the perfect configuration of beds for my husband and I and our daughter's family. It's a bonus having a washer and dryer so you can leave vacay with clean clothes. My granddaughters believed the games and toys were specifically for them. We might stay longer, next year.

Patty was able to accommodate our family last minute due to a cancellation by our previous host due to property issues. The location is perfect for a peaceful spot to relax with shuttle to the beach club and two lovely pools to relax at.

Was in great proximity of several things that we wanted to do. Was clean and well equipped with items to make it feel like a home away from home.

Franziska’s townhouse was perfect for what we were looking for. It was located close to my folks house in Hidden Creek which made hanging with them and the rest of our family at their house super easy. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and will definitely consider Franziska’s place for the next times we stay.

A perfect spot for a couple of women wanting to escape life for a long weekend. The condo was spotless and kitchen and laundry had all the amenities you could need. The building itself is small, so plenty of carts for your luggage and no long waits for the elevator. Super close to grocery stores and lots of good restaurants (Cobalt and The Gulf) and not far from Flora-Bama, which everyone should experience at least once. And of course the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it's partially covered, which was nice for the somewhat rainy one day we had. Not disappointed that we picked this place in the least.

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

Our stay was welcoming and warm(it felt like a home away from home). The security is thorough, and made us feel safe(top notch). It is just off of the beaten path enough to be private, but not far enough that you cannot easily get to places via golf cart.

We had a great stay! Loved the place and enjoyed the location. It was very clean and cozy and Pete was very helpful and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Our stay at Brandon’s was very peaceful and looked exactly like the pictures he has posted on Airbnb . He responded very quickly when I had any questions or concerns. There were a lot of good restaurants around the apartment to choose from. Highly recommend staying here when you come to Pensacola!

The kids water play area w/ slide was a hit! Indoor pool for the cooler days. Easy beach access and fast elevators. We had a great time and can't wait to come back. Beautiful beach view to catch the Sunrise and sunset.

The condo was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. Very clean, phenomenal view, comfortable beds! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The property was also very clean and the beach so accessible. We would stay here again.

We had a great time in Orange Beach! The condo is on the 10th floor with an amazing view of the Gulf! I just wanted to sit on the balcony and read and listen to the waves all day. BUT, too much to do! My grandgirls loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub, then ran to the outdoor pool, then to the Gulf waters. We walked on the beach every day. Did putt-putt golf twice at different locations. Great local restaurants, loved Luna’s, Lulu’s, and the Sunliner Diner (homemade shakes!). Del’s ice cream was a nightly highlight. There is a Publix one mile away. Location can’t be beat. Unit was very clean on arrival, and a good size and layout for our family of six. Thank you, Melissa for being so helpful and responsive for questions!

Great place to stay! Lots of details that made the stay even nicer; super easy check-in, soaps in the showers, coffee and tea provided, night light in kids room and no work for check-out! Comfortable rooms, plenty of dishes and wonderful location that allowed us to easily walk to beach. Our host was very responsive to any questions and made us feel welcome.

The location of the condo was extremely convenient to the local beaches, shops, and restaurants. The main drawback worth mentioning for future renters is the busy traffic on Perdido Key Dr. The speed limit is 45 mph, very looely patrolled, with a high daily commuter volume between FL/AL line. The closest designated crosswalk is at the River Rd, which is about a 4-5 min walk. if you have small children, you'll need to use extreme caution. The beach access is super convenient, once safely across, directly across from the condo and the sand is amazing in this area. The inside of the condo is adequate, but know ahead of time the bathroom is cramped with limited storage space and room to dress. The toilet is very small, which could be to save floor space?, but I could see this being a real challenge for some. Think budget-friendly vacation. We would absolutely stay here again, no traveling children in our family.

My family enjoyed a much needed Spring Break at the pool and a beach day. It was a beautiful place to stay and the condo had everything we needed so you really don't have to bring a lot with you. It was a nice location right by stores and restaurants, we even enjoyed the Grill at the Tiki bar which had some decent entertainment and good food. Overal it was a great week and would definitely like to continue bringing my family here for years to come especially since the owners are so nice and communicative.
