Все отлично.В квартире есть газовая плита ,отопление и всё необходимое для приготовления еды. Снимали это жильё второй раз и если будем лететь в Стамбул ещё,то только это жильё. Рядом транспортная развязка,добраться куда-то не составляет никакого труда.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber in einer sehr guten Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Das Einzige Problem, das ich mit dieser Unterkunft hatte, war der Parkplatz. Aber trotzdem das ist sehr empfindlich.

Absolutely loved my stay at this Balat Airbnb! The location couldn’t be more perfect right in the heart of all the colorful, picturesque streets and just steps away from some of the most charming attractions in Istanbul. It’s incredibly convenient and safe, with tons of shops, cafes, and restaurants all around. The balcony overlooking the vibrant neighborhood made every morning and evening feel like a movie scene. The host was beyond helpful, truly going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I’m so glad I booked this place, such a memorable and beautiful experience!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Im Appartement gab es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf gebraucht hat. Die Hosts waren sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und proaktiv. Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich und in der Nähe von der Metro,Migros und Mc Donalds. Vielen lieben Dank für die reibungslose Abwicklung und die Gastfreundschaft. I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Наша первая поездка в Стамбул и мы очень рады, что остановились именно в этом районе и именно у Ильяза. При следующей поездке остановимся тут снова. Это жилье сочетает в себе сразу множество факторов. Огромная мягкая и удобная постель с новым матрасом, современная сантехника, терраса (которую можно сделать открытой или закрытой по желанию). Душ очень приятный и чистый, много горячей воды, и красивое естественное освещение. При жаркой погоде было очень комфортно и прохладно.Жилье сочетает в себе современный ремонт, но при этом присутствует атмосфера старины здания, красивые деревянные полы. Есть все необходимое для готовки. Ночью в этом месте тихо, мы крепко спали. Кошка Биттер приходила к нам в гости каждый вечер, и даже спала со мной в обнимку несколько ночей. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить хозяйку в кафе на первом этаже, я плакала когда мы уезжали. Это человек очень большой души, завтраки, которые вы получите проживая в этой квартире вы не найдете лучше во всём Стамбуле.

The perfect host. I had twins who were unwell and the host was so kind enough to get us a second cot. I was never expecting that but it was the best gesture someone could expect. She was also nice to offer us to check out later so that my babies could sleep in a little longer before the flight back home. Location is great with a lot of shops near by to buy stuff before our trip back.

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Я арендовала так много квартир и это первая квартира, где я не брезговала ходить босиком и пользоваться предоставленными бытовыми вещами. Обычно я делаю генеральную уборку сама, но эта квартира была хорошо убрана. Только за это уже можно поставить высокую оценку. Для меня очень важна тишина ночью и в этой квартире я не слышала соседей. Хорошая охрана, что тоже важно. Мне нужен был именно этот район, поэтому я знала куда я еду, но если вы турист, то это расположение будет далеко от центра. В этом ЖК пока нет магазинов, это не очень удобно, если у тебя нет машины, пешком до ближайшего супермаркета тоже дойти невозможно, только на автобусе. Имейте это ввиду. В квартире для длительного проживания не много не хватает кухонных принадлежностей, но я сама докупила, то, что мне было нужно, так как я планировала это всё забрать домой. Квартира оказалась чуть больше чем на фото, кухня в жизни уютнее чем на фото и в целом квартира эстетичнее в жизни, что тоже меня порадовало. Спасибо хозяину.

İşimle ilgili katıldığım fuar için burda konakladım ve gerçekten bayıldım.Havalimanından eve gelişte transfer hizmetlerini kullandım zaman olarak gerçekten çok işe yaradı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Kahve makinesi güzel bi detaydı. Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde, ulaşım çok kolaydı. Ev sahipleri ise her konuda çok yardımcı oldular ve çok misafirperverlerdi.
