My wife and I plus my sister in law rented Mrs Tuba house for a month recently(January 28 to February 28). The house was fully equipped with cooking supplies(everything you need to cook at home) house was clean with kitchen and living room looking at Sea of Marmara with easy access to public transport and food stores ,host was one of the kindest and politest people I met so far,she was doing her best to make sure we are comfortable and happy all the time. We highly recommend her lovely house to anyone that wants to enjoy his/her/their trip in Istanbul, Türkiye(Turkey). We are so grateful to Mrs Tuba for her hospitality during our stay.🙏🙏🙏

Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldım her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi kendi evimde gibi hissettiğim nadir yerlerden birisi oldu benim için ayrıca manzarayı ve evi de çok beğendim konum olarakta harika bir lokasyondaydı

Ben memnun kaldım, yeni bir bina, çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Ev sahibiyle iletişim iyiydi, hızlı cevaplar aldım. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri çok kolaydı. Kesinlikle tekrar burada kalmak isterim

This place is located only a few minutes walk from a Tram stop the gets you within minutes to all the major tourist spots in Istanbul. The space is cozy and feels really nice.

The location couldn’t be better for exploring Balat! You step out of the building right into the middle of the best street. There’s a coffee shop right below the apartment which opens at 07:00, and the rest of the street comes to life at around 09:30-10:30. Boutiques, mini market, cafes, restaurants, rooftop tea spots, mocktail bars, bbq spots - all just steps away. It is noisy at night with music, people, cats and scooters - so pack earplugs or get some from the pharmacy down the road. The apartment is better in real life than in photos! It’s clean, spacious and the host was excellent. My husband was recovering from surgery so we needed more pillows. We asked the host and they were delivered very quickly. I’ve stayed in many airbnb and this is definitely one of the best. I’d recommend the restaurant right at the end of the street called Ballad - it’s a peaceful oasis amongst the hectic street. Great food and service

Hastanede yakınımız olduğu için konakladık, konumu çok merkezi, bir çok hastaneye ve alışveriş imkanlarına yakın olması yönünden harika bir ev. Eşyalar yönünden hiçbir eksik yoktu ve çok kullanışlı düzenlenmiş, evimizde gibiydik. Ev sahibi gerek giriş ve çıkış saatlerinde, gerekse bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda çok nazik bir şekilde ilgilendi. Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully restored historic home! The house is full of charm and character, with a perfect balance of spacious communal areas for everyone to enjoy and enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a large group. The neighborhood is stunning and well-connected, with easy access to both the old and new parts of the city via ferry and tram. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you're traveling with a group, consider requesting extra keys for added convenience. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Die Wohnung ist groß und reicht für eine große Familie. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Über Sauberkeit kann man sich nicht beschweren. Numan war sehr freundlich und hat immer nach uns gefragt

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Balat, Istanbul. The villa was in excellent condition – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The space was more than enough for our group, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and very friendly, which made us feel truly welcome. Staying in Balat gave us the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic side of Istanbul. It was a real treat to be surrounded by the local charm, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this place for six days and we had a great time. The house is in an excellent location specially for younger people. The house is as great as it is presented in the pictures and has all the utilities as described.

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Я арендовала так много квартир и это первая квартира, где я не брезговала ходить босиком и пользоваться предоставленными бытовыми вещами. Обычно я делаю генеральную уборку сама, но эта квартира была хорошо убрана. Только за это уже можно поставить высокую оценку. Для меня очень важна тишина ночью и в этой квартире я не слышала соседей. Хорошая охрана, что тоже важно. Мне нужен был именно этот район, поэтому я знала куда я еду, но если вы турист, то это расположение будет далеко от центра. В этом ЖК пока нет магазинов, это не очень удобно, если у тебя нет машины, пешком до ближайшего супермаркета тоже дойти невозможно, только на автобусе. Имейте это ввиду. В квартире для длительного проживания не много не хватает кухонных принадлежностей, но я сама докупила, то, что мне было нужно, так как я планировала это всё забрать домой. Квартира оказалась чуть больше чем на фото, кухня в жизни уютнее чем на фото и в целом квартира эстетичнее в жизни, что тоже меня порадовало. Спасибо хозяину.

Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты

The apartment is gorgeous with beautiful views from the 22nd floor facing east. You can litteraly see the asian side of istanbul from the balcony and enjoy the morning sunrise. Despite the summer time, it is very breezy in the evening. The apartment is very well equipped and the owner Anas was excellent in communication and solving some minor problems. You can easily accommodate 5 people: " 2 adults and 3 children" as the bunker bed has a pull out bed which was nice. We would suggest to have at least two outdoor chairs in the balcony to enjoy the views. Also, the children bedroom does not have an AC, but is was not a big problem as the children left the door open while sleeping. The area is very safe with security at the entrance of each tower. Parking was not included in the booking, but you can find plenty of spots in the street. There is a hotel next to the building that offers breakfast for 400 turkish lira which was ok. We would definitely come back.
