This is a newly renovated home in a two-unit house in Port Ewen, 5 min to historic Kingston. We have carefully planned and renovated this home with a work/leisure lifestyle in mind. The space is designed for an individual, a couple, close friends, or a small young family. There are swimming places and parks walking distance as well as amazing coffee, shopping, art, attractions, events, etc. Note that this place has noise from traffic on the main road (ear buds and white noise machine provided).

Only ten minutes from New Paltz Village & SUNY New Paltz and set back on a lightly traveled road for those long summer strolls. You don't even need a car to get here! It's just 12 minutes by taxi from the New Paltz Bus Station or bring your bike up and cycle everywhere!

Located West of the Hudson River and South of Kingston. It is the perfect balance of modern conveniences and thoughtful nature retreat. Hike at some of the most beautiful nature preserves. A 3 min walk to Shaupeneak Ridge park and a 2 min drive Black Creek preserve. Esopus offers a cornucopia for nature lovers. Some of the most stunning vistas, stretching to the Hudson River. Centrally located it's a short ride to restaurants, events, galleries, wineries, orchards, shopping and more.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Within walking distance to the Hudson River, the Vanderbilt Estate, and other local attractions, you'll find yourself conveniently located near everything that makes this historical town such a wonderful place to visit.

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Shack in the Heart of Rosendale

This unique, centrally located 500 sq ft ground-floor, 1.5 story apartment is in an ideal location to explore Rosendale and the surrounding areas. Located in a 1890s Brownstone, the Shack is a comfortable refurbished studio with hand hewn beams, brick walls and a wood burning stove. Sleep in a queen Murphy bed (pulls down) and prepare food in the kitchenette. Keep in mind nobody above you and the town shuts down at 10 PM so you have a decent amount of peace and quiet.
