Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Esperanza

Wir genossen 4 Wochen Aufenthalt in der hellen Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer und ins Grüne. Die Betten waren bequem, das saubere Badezimmer etwas klein und in der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Internet war sehr schnell. Ab und zu gab es Stromausfälle, was aber in Puerto Rico üblich ist. Daniela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und reaktionsschnell. Empfehlenswert!

Location can't be beat. Walkable to everything in Esperanza. The apartment is neat and cozy, and opens up to a great outdoor seating area with shade. I had the most pleasant laundry experience ever, folding cloth in the mild, tropical morning sunshine with birds singing in the surrounding trees (the laundry closet is also outside next to the seating area). The host was very responsive. Only thing I had problem with was the shower water temperature. It went back and forth from really hot to really cold. Adjusting the knob incrementally lead to either no change at all or a quick switch to the other extreme. I never achieved a comfortable temperature and had to hustle with the short amount of time during temperature transition when water was tolerable on skin.

This is a super clean and comfortable unit in a very central and popular location - walkable to lots of restaurants, two small grocery stores/markets and the ferry. I felt very safe there as a solo female traveller. The bed and couch were both really comfortable. The main challenge with this location is that the area is so popular that parking on this block and the surrounding blocks is hard to come by. Because you can’t really fully enjoy Culebra without a rental car, I suggest renting one on a daily basis or negotiating a parking spot with your rental car company so you don’t have to worry about finding parking at the end of the day. Choco’s is very walkable from this location and I had a good experience with them (they let me keep my rental car there overnight).

Rafael was truly a magnificent host and the place was exactly as listed. Super clean and comfortable. We really appreciated how helpful he was even before we arrived. Helped us get ferry tickets and provided lots of recommendation that really helped us get the most of the 24hrs we spent on the island. The excellent hospitality we experienced was top tier and we would definitely come back to El Balcon de Luly.

We absolutely loved this space!! Easy to find and we felt safe and secure. When you first pull up, you can tell they are remodeling and painting the exterior of the buildings. When you walk into the space, it is nice and clean, organized and spacious. There is an AC unit in every room as well as in the main living area. Kesil thought of everything a guest would need away from home, including a first aid kit. The ferry terminal to visit the other islands is only 10 minutes away, which was great being that while visiting Vieques the entire island of Puerto Rico lost power. The drive from the ferry dock to the apartment was a smooth pleasant drive. During this time Kesil kept us informed of the outage. In the apartment, she provided solar power lanterns, which was great to have while in the apartment. We slept with bedroom windows open and power was back the next day. Thanks for such a great experience. When I visit Puerto Rico again I will definitely book with Kesil.

This was our first Airbnb experience and it far exceeded our expectations. Our Host provided very clear and helpful instructions, prompt feedback on any questions, and the property was amazing. Clean, well maintained, beautiful and comfortable. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Highly recommend!!!! Very clean!! Close to airport and ferry. The apt was absolutely perfect. Very safe neighborhood. Gated parking on premises. Host was always responsive and very helpful. Perfect place.

Evy was such an amazing host. She was very communicative prior to and after our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and peaceful as described. The back patio was the best part offering a comfortable seating area with all you need to relax and enjoy the country breeze. The home has some extras when it comes to essentials and even though we didn't use any of the games, it is well equipped with that too. This is a must for anyone who enjoys peace and tranquility and a clean home. I will definitely recommend and look forward to future stays. Thank you

Bob is a terrific host, so responsive and attentive. His place was perfect for us. Walkable to beachfront restaurants and local beach. And, short 20 minute drives from some of the best beaches I have ever been on. The beach chairs and coolers really helped! Cannot say enough good things about Bob, his place, and Esperanza and Vieques!

One of our best airbnb stays so far, the house was fantastic and the hosts were amazing. We spent 8 days here and would spend weeks more if possible. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place and wonderful host!

La casa de Carlos fué todo lo esperado, desde el momento de llegar, que fué fluido y cómodo para entrar tu carro y bajar tus cosas, te encuentras con una casa limpia y agradable, cada rincón de la casa estaba impecable. La cocina perfectamente equipada para cocinar para una familia grande, una terraza justo al lado de la cocina, donde disfrutamos la vista a la montaña con un café durante la mañana. Los baños espaciosos con toallas limpias y lo necesario para el aseo. Tiene aire en toda la casa ,muy cómodo para el compartir familiar. El área de la piscina espaciosa y limpia con su barbeque de gas ya incluido. La comunicación con Carlos incluso desde antes de reservar fué excelente ,contestando todas mis preguntas, es un anfitrión atento y proactivo. A mi familia les gustó su casa y volveríamos a quedarnos.

We find it wonderful... It was a little to hard to found but it was more of a problem of the GPS.... We arrive some minutes early and they were still cleaning but it was worth to wait... The host answer really fast... It had a lot of space for us... and everything work perfect...

The place is a very nice and simple 2 bedroom 1 bath. Perfect for what we needed. The location is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (there is definitely a learning curve when it comes to navigating to Vieques). I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to sleep and shower when you are not out exploring paradise!

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

We had a fantastic stay! Harry was a great host—responsive, helpful, and genuinely went out of his way to make our experience special. Great property in the perfect location for our family getaway.

Jaime was a wonderful host, the place was very clean and well taken care of. The balcony had a very nice view of the beach and was well worth the price I paid! I just wish I could have spent more time there!

Wow! This place was awesome! Mary was great, with fantastic communication the whole way, with a very easy check-in and even a welcome gift. The apartment is comfortable and the scenery is beautiful! Easy to get to, right on the beach, the breeze across the terrace made that our favorite place to be when we weren't on the water. Such a great location, and Mary's local recommendations were fantastic. It's nice to be outside the bustle of San Juan, and being steps from the water made for a perfect vacation. Highly recommended!

We (parents, wife, son and I) had a great time at Harold’s place. We purchased some breakfast food and snacks at Puebla grocery store near by, are at don faustos, meson sandwiches, and okeah, which all had vegetarian options. We spent a day exploring beaches, another day at El Yunque and a third day snorkeling, all within 30 min drive. The whole island lost power, but the elevators kept working and the emergency lights in the building provided enough light to see. The apt is high enough that the breezes blew gently thru the night so not having ac wasn’t a problem. Also the balcony has solar lights which provided needed illumination in the evening when the power was out. The only issue to arise was that our whole family was stuck in the elevator for an hour when the electricity returned and we were unfortunately at the wrong place at the wrong time. Despite this, Harold helped us quickly resolve this, too. We know you’ll enjoy this place as much as we did!
