We enjoyed our stay so much. What a comfortable home for our family vacation in the area. Karen was welcoming and we were so appreciative of the fresh baked goods. Everything was set for our stay with enough linens for everyone. We ran into Karen a couple of times during our stay and always was delightful and open to help with any suggestions. We found the town quaint and what we needed from a bookstore to places to eat. Nice quick walk to the water for sunsets. Easy drive into Boston as well as up to Rockport and Gloucester. We even found it smooth to attend the 250 of Lexington and Concord. We loved our days starting with coffee and quiet comfort and relaxing in the evening around the table with our family for some games. Highly recommend this home! Thankful for our hosts!

The place of Shwan, is really very nice an spacious. We stead here because of the Marathon and could easily go to the city centery by public transport. With the 3 of us, the place was great with 3 proper bedrooms and and 1 nice bathroom. Also the living and kitchen were well equipped and spacious. Planes are flying closely over the premise, but only during day times, so was not an issue for us. Great appreciation for the late check-out we could use to leave our luggage.

We had a great stay at Craig and Julie’s! Their place is beautiful and has amazing water front views from the living windows! They had all kinds of thoughtful stuff available for use. We will definitely be back!

Our first trip to the Boston area couldn’t have been better! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The bedroom I stayed in had its own balcony with a beautiful ocean view—ideal for peaceful summer mornings or warm, relaxing nights. The open-concept living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this place apart are two unbeatable features: first, you won’t find easier access to public transportation—there’s a bus stop just a 30-second walk away that takes you right into Boston. Second, the hosts, Milan and Anna, were some of the kindest and most helpful we’ve ever met. Their local tips made our stay even better. Great amenities, smartTV, updated shower, dishwasher, laundry, grill available to use, etc. Right next to the house is a beautiful walkway that stretches down the beachfront of Winthrop. We’re already talking about coming back as the Boston area is second to none!

We had a great time in Nahant and will definitely be coming back. B’n’B was very cozy and homey. We loved the porch and being able to use the grill, we used it both nights we stayed. The hot tub was also super easy to use and was perfect after a day of walking around Boston. Elyse also had bikes that we used to go for a trip around the island. It was a wonderful stay!

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

Gabriela's beach house was so beautiful and the views were unbelievable! Right on the beach and the house had plenty of space for my family and I. She was very responsive as well! I would definitely stay again!

Lovely location across from the beautiful beach. Home is comfortable with multiple seating areas. Very clean, organized and user friendly home. Kitchen very well stocked with all you could need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Easy walk to pavilion with multiple food options. Enjoyed a lovely meal at Seaglass. Highly recommend Robyn’s home!

Every 6 months or so, my close friend from college and I meet somewhere between our houses (ME & NY). We loved meeting at Erin’s place this time around. The location was unique, walkable, and easy to find (10 minute drive to NBP). The house was very clean and has a beautiful, spacious layout with the pitched roof. Erin was quick to communicate when she noticed the WIFI was switched off. We really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful environment and Plum Island wasn’t busy at all in May, which was just what we were looking for.

Michael was a great host, and his house was a great fit for our large family!

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

I absolutely loved. The place I truly felt like I was at home. Being with children is a hassle to begin with but the place truly accommodated my family. It being freezing cold outside I still was able to walk to the beach. She was really friendly and such a sweet person. I would 110% go back.

We were a group of 8 women looking to have a nice place to come together, to eat, relax, walk to beach, explore Newburyport , walk the preserve, etc. The house provided everything we could have needed ...plenty of room to spread out & gather for lots of catch up time. so nice to have little things handy like paper towels, detergent, syran wrap, etc They have thought of everything. Thank you so very much! Great location to everything we wanted to do.

Beautiful, historic, and clean home on a lovely street. Quick walk to the ocean, downtown Rockport, farmstand across the street. Kevin was very accommodating and easy to reach.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

Great studio in fantastic location walkable to downtown and old town plus easy parking. Rachel was very flexible and responsive. Great amenities and really appreciated firm comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again.

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was very comfortable in this warmth, clean, beautiful home with a comfy bed with all the amenities given. 5 STAR+ rental. We loved this rental. It is exactly what we look for in rental space. Clean, updated (while retaining character), close to all sorts of activities and historical sites, washer/dryer, quiet, off street parking. Solid wood floors throughout, tile floor in bathrooms. Bathrooms (2 Full) had soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels TP. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of plates, cups, glasses, pots, baking sheets, pyrex. Solid surface counters. We ran the dishwasher once in the five days we were there. Kitchen table was comfortable for eating and playing games( look in the closet). Keurig for coffee, (pods provided). Snack basket had varieties of items we ate between meals. The living space was comfortable with couch and chair, with tables nearby. Bedrooms were comfortable. Beds were comfortable. there is a desk in the twin bedroom. Instruction book filled with recommendations and local information. Owner provided cell #. Would stay again 100%. 5 STAR

Edna thought of every little detail of what we would need to make our stay comfortable. Wished we could stay longer but definately will be back!

A fantastic way to spend a long fall weekend in Massachusetts. The apartment was cozy and convenient, and we loved exploring Rockport. Top tip: eat at Roy Moore’s. A lot.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful girls weekend. The open layout was great for our group to dine together and play games.
