My second stay with Jo during a week of working in the area, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Relaxing surroundings with plenty of space and kitchen facilities make a stay away from home so much better. I would recommend Jo's garden cabin very highly indeed.

A very pleasant stay. The nearby railway was extremely quiet. When we arrived there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even complementary biscuits waiting. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

We could not ask for a more clean and private setting. Susy was always responsive in a timely manner and concerns were always addressed immediately. Hopefully we can get the opportunity to stay again and will definitely advise anyone to stay at The Shed. It was truly a wonderful experience and Susy really made us feel at home. She was kind and informative. Well done! A true Super Host.

really nice stay beautiful cottage and garden very close to the local area and pub and local public footpaths would suggest a very small TV only because there's Limited things to do of an evening and possibly the option to have an air fryer for more cooking if wanting to stay for a longer period of time

It was a hassle free,overnight stay. Had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Clean and comfortable place. Was quiet and peaceful. Host recommended a reliable cab company which ferried me to and from the accommodation. Would 100% recommend.

Sadly we overstayed our stay by one night by mistake and me Nyree at 11:45pm to explain I had made an error and will settle the following day. we dtripped the beds, put the linen downstairs and the rubbish bags. Sadly we left a window open and left the annexe unlocked but given we left at 7 am and it's a locked gated property we did not think there was any risk. sadly and end of a short break spoilt by the hosts comments given we had only just got home to deal with the outstanding amount.

The Shed was a beautiful place to stay at. Firstly, if you're looking for peace quiet and calm surroundings, this is it. You will be undisturbed and able to take interesting woodland walks. Secondly the Host is excellent, available but unintrusive. If you want to get away from it all, I'm sure you'll have a great time.

It was an amazing stay, perfect view, extremely peaceful, everything was spotless just truly amazing honestly the ducks were super friendly and definitely made us laugh! The hosts Charlie and billy were amazing at what they do they didn’t interrupt us at all and if we needed anything they left it at the bottom of the stairs for us! We would 100% go back to stay we really felt like we were at home! Charlie was amazing from the start when I messaged her she held the dates for us and that really meant a lot to us she really went above and beyond for us and everything was just perfect! We didn’t get bored once as there was so much to do! And we ended up extending our stay for one more night as we enjoyed it so much!

I very much enjoyed my stay, minimal road traffic, extremely pleasant rural setting. And the bonus of a London linked Railway station 500 metres away Good feeling of light inside the property, in my opinion helped by the high ceilings. Had a lovely weekend stay. Dogs enjoyed the biscuits, very helpful with extra towels for cleaning their feet. Loved the apartment. Reminded me of my loft at parents house. Little treats. Colin and Linda were absolutely wonderful hosts! We stayed for an extended period while awaiting the completion of our house, and they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their communication was always prompt and helpful, making our long stay much smoother. What truly stood out was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. When we found ourselves needing daycare for our dog, they stepped in to help us out, which was a huge relief! Their generosity and understanding were truly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. We highly recommend Colin and Linda to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming Airbnb experience. They made our transitional period so much easier. Such a lovely time my parents had staying in this charming cozy home! Chrissie is amazing, such a wonderful host! Helpful, happy and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Even allowed my parents to check in early at no extra cost! My parents loved their weekend stay here, and can’t wait to go back! Everything was spotlessly clean, it had everything you need and they felt right at home! I’d definitely recommend this charming cozy home to anyone wanting to stay near Clacton on sea! Such a gem!

I have stayed with Stephanie and David before and felt very welcome and comfortable. David was there to welcome me and make sure all was well. The studio itself is a good size, with all mod cons I need.

Cannot fault Sunflower Cottage. From the excellent instructions to find it, to the homely, clean and relaxing accommodation, we absolutely loved it. Little extra touches were much appreciated like milk in the fridge and toiletries in case we had forgotten our own. The cottage was delightful, really clean and cosy with a homely feel. The grounds were stunning and so peaceful. Pippa was helpful and friendly from booking through to check out. Would 100% recommend and hope to be back soon.

The Cabin has everything you need and more! The host is very helpful and thoughtful. Although it is in someone’s back garden. You still have privacy and once inside you don’t notice the location.

Sally and Tony are lovely friendly hosts, as were their dogs. Nothing is too much trouble and the cabin is spot on. The little extras touches are really classy as was the bottle of Prosecco for our wedding anniversary. Thank you both for making our stay so welcoming. Really enjoyed it, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Frinton.
