We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

Would highly recommend this house. Mario was a great host and the property was beautiful and easy to find. Will hopefully be staying there in the future.

quiet private peaceful comfortable. great restaurants near by and easy drive to any of the surroundings beaches! pool and hot tub very nice! upgraded appliances and garage was nice and had beach necessities that we didn't bring due to flying. property manager very nice and responsive.

Location was perfect! Beautiful sunsets, close to downtown. Pool is great. Comfortable beds. Franz was a great, responsive host. We would definitely stay again!

We just spent five nights (four full days) at Christina and Scott’s house in Cape Coral, and it was absolutely perfect! The whole trip actually started with a little bit of a hunt — we were originally looking at a few different houses in the area (trying to avoid Sanibel and Captiva because of recent hurricane damage), and I found a house I thought I loved... until the owners refused to offer a reasonable cancellation policy. Life happens — people get sick, emergencies come up — so I wasn’t about to book something non-refundable. I’m so glad that first place didn’t work out because THIS house was even nicer! Not only was Christina and Scott’s home absolutely immaculate, it was hands-down the nicest house on the street. They were extremely easy to communicate with — down-to-earth, honest, and truly welcoming. You can tell they take real pride in their home and in making their guests feel at home, too. Highly recommend! We stayed for a week and had a great time. Place was exactly as shown and had everything we needed. Communication with hosts was easy and responsive. Spent lots of time at the pool. We liked the location with easy access to both Clam Pass and Lowdermilk beaches. Recommend catching a sunset. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping needs. Would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Great place to stay! It was a beautiful home with so much to do. We had a blast fishing! The spa and pool were very relaxing.

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood…was great for a large family gathering! The house was well stocked and the pool area was great area to relax. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also close to a Publix, Walmart, and Sam’s club if you want to get things to make or grill. Very enjoyable stay!

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

We loved our stay at the Roelens Villa on the Lake. The pool and hot tub were clean and we had a great time swimming and playing. The house is beautiful and clean. We had a great trip and plan to stay here again.

We could not be happier with our accommodations. Comfortable beds, good AC, perfect size heated pool. 4 bedrooms with very convenient beds’ setup was perfect for our group: 4 adults and 4 kids. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. The house was stacked with everything we could potentially need. Thank you for everything, you made our vacation perfect!

Beautiful home and pool. We heated the pool, and the temperature was consistently warm. We enjoyed the nearby playground and pickleball courts in the gated community. Disappointed there were no bikes during our stay. Check with the owner if this is important to you. Also, pool floats were torn or did not maintain air, except baby float was good. I left two noodle floats for future guest. The house was well supplied with beach chairs and cart. Great location central to everything. Downtown was a 10 minute drive. Fabulous restaurants. There are lovely walking trails nearby, or can walk within the community. Publix and Walgreens also 10 minutes away. We also enjoyed the Naples Botanic Gardens. Overall great stay.

We loved the outdoor living aspect of the lanai, the grill and seating poolside. I started the day with coffee out on the lanai, grilled out, went for a swim, lay out the sun and end with a last nighttime dip in the pool. I hardly wanted to go inside, it was so relaxing. We would rent this home again if we were in the area.

Newer construction house located in nice neighborhood. Clean and well kept.
