I went for a little getaway and this place was perfect for just that. Peaceful. All the necessities of home. The pool area was one of the reasons I booked here and was looking forward to that heaven! The lounge chairs and deck area was great, however, there was a filter/cleaner on a hose in the pool the entire time of my stay. However it didn’t appear to be working as the surface had quite a bit of debris on. I only went in once to cool off quickly due to that. However if I was with my kids, I would have def reached out to see what could be done about it. I wouldn’t want them swimming in it until cleaned further. The hot tub I was planning on using however it was not warm and did not see a way to heat it…and it too had debris on it. Again I could have reached out if I was dying to use it. Other than those, which could be fixed easily, I was extremely pleased with everything. Nice location. Quiet and clean! I would stay here again if in the Ft Myers area.

We LOVED finding this last minute on a trip to Naples. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN space! The hike was gorgeous everything was well maintained. The pool and hot tub were a great treat and the house was SO close to the Mercato where there are tons of restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and house and would book again!

Had an amazing week visiting with extended family. The house was huge so there was plenty of space. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area was incredible we could just stay there all day. Lot of extra amenities in case you forget something. All baths had soap and shampoo available. There was a cooler and two beach chairs as well as many beach towels available for use. Just as pretty as it looks in the pictures!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-appointed and immaculately clean the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor space was truly the highlight— a beautiful pool, relaxing spa, and a fun putting green that kept everyone entertained. Whether we were soaking up the sun by the pool or unwinding in the spa under the stars, it felt like our private oasis. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Inside, the home was stylishly furnished with high-end touches and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas were perfect for gathering.

Zu erst möchten wir uns für eine wirklich tolle Woche, in einem wunderschönen Haus bedanken! Leider hatten wir sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter. Dafür hat das Haus uns die Woche absolut gerettet. Aufgrund der Bewertungen bezüglichen der harten Matratzen, haben wir das Haus erst gemietet. Und was sollen wir sagen?! Wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen! Wir fliegen nach einer Woche absolut entspannt und mit einem tränenden Auge wieder nachhause. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Robert’s home was amazing. The home was very clean when we arrived and Robert supplied all the essentials for our stay. The area is very quiet and safe. Pool, spa and backyard were beautiful. The location is very close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The park pass included with the home was great. Robert responded quickly to any questions I had. I would not hesitate to book this home for a future vacation.

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

This place is great, with lots of spacious, clean rooms. We’ve done AirBnB’s in Naples yearly for a while and Dara’s place was the best for our needs. The pool faces south giving a lots of sunshine while still offering a large shaded space. In addition to the 3 bedrooms is a large den with a big flat screen TV, so I could sneak off when the wife and adult kids (yes, they still vacation with us 😉) are on a Vampire watching binge. Dara was very attentive and helpful. We’ll likely be back!

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

Muy bonita casa. Con todo lo necesario, bicicletas para moverse. Muy bien decorado. Con jardín para descansar y disfrutar del aire libre, con asador y yacuzzi. Es un poco alejado de la playa, se necesita auto o un uber para moverse. a pocos metros hay un 7eleven, donde se puede comprar algunas cosas. Kristijan, estuvo siempre pendiente y resolvió rápidamente nuestras necesidades. Sin dudas volvería. Muchas gracias por todo.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! From the beginning, Andrea was incredibly friendly and helpful—quick to respond to any questions and made the booking process super easy. The house itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. We had an incredible time staying at this lovely property. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful and there is privacy bushes and other beautiful trees in the back. This home had everything we needed and more. It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful, clean, and so much to do. Christina is extremely fast responding no matter what time. We would definitely stay here again!!! Large rooms and a lot of space!!

Cape Coral was a bit further from beaches than desirable, but the house more than made up for that to enjoy our warm/sunny stay in Florida. Pros: Outside area (pool/hot tub, large table, games for kids) with a huge sliding door to the living room/kitchen were perfect for 6 adults + 4 kids. Felt very comfortable with the cost. Andrew & Michelle were responsive with every question we had. Cons: lack/lower quantity of some common items: paper towels, toilet paperb, Kleenex, air hockey didn’t work (we replaced), pizza cutter, beach towels, etc. Would highly recommend for a large family focused on quality pool time, a very nice home and responsive hosts.

Wir durften zwei Wochen in der Villa Egretta verbringen und sind absolut begeistert. Wir verbringen schon seit vielen Jahren unsere Familienurlaube in Florida und haben schon etliche schöne Ferienvillen in Cape Coral, Naples, Bradenton erleben können. Pete‘s Villa hat uns so überzeugt, dass wir sie in unserem Ranking auf Platz 1 setzen. 😊 Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass Pete ein toller Gastgeber ist, bei dem man sich einfach nur super aufgehoben fühlt. Ansonsten guckt euch doch die Bilder vom Haus an…es ist genau so und noch viel schöner, wenn man dann vor Ort ist.

Dennis and Stacey’s house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We had plenty of space to spread out inside, but especially loved the dining/living areas in the lanai! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaking, and fishing off the dock. We also rented a boat and were given clear instructions on where to dock, which was perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day!
