원주시내 주말 일정이있어 가볍게 묵을 숙소가 필요했는데, 적당한 거리라 좋았습니다 한적한 곳이나 바로옆에 편의점이있어서 생필품 구입에 용이했습니다. 건물 외관은 구축이나 집 내부는 정돈이 잘되어있고 화장실도 깔끔했어요. 따뜻한 방에서 아이와 잘 보내고 갈 수 있었어요:)

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed—it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was just as described, if not better. Host is extremely responsive and goes far and beyond to cater to my requests. Apartment is immaculately clean and tidy, with every equipment and device that you can possibly think of for a vacation stay. Message chair is also a great plus. Highly recommend

We stayed for a month in Korea in Dec / Jan. Emma's place was perfect for this trip! Not only was the place in a great location, but it was such a lovely home with lots of natural lighting. Emma is also a super responsive host. When I go back to Korea, I will definitely stay again at this place.

You couldn't have a better place like this: perfect and centric location with superb transport connections to the city and to Incheon Airport which is very far from the city center. The place is also super cosy with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Jake is also an amazing host that cares for your stay to be as smooth as possible. Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

I spent around 5 days in Seoul and was fortunate enough to stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet peaceful, although the walk there is a little bit of incline from the Achasan Station. The distance was quite near though around 10 minutes of walking, so it was not a hassle. Overall, we had a great stay. The place was easy to find, clean, spacious, with a great value to us. The amenities provided was complete, as is noted on the website before. Also, Seunghee was very responsive and easy to communicate with especially regarding recommendations and how to get to the area. We would definitely recommend this place and totally book here again if we decided to go to South Korea :)

It was a delight to stay at this property, tucked away on a quiet road in the outer suburbs of Seoul. The property was quiet and comfortable, with a well equippee kitchen. As it is at the end of Metro Line 9, it is well situated for Gimpo airport and exploring Gaehwadong. The closest restaurants are 20 mins walk away around Gaehwasan station, but there is a GS25 around the corner.

We stayed at a few places during our vacation in South Korea and here was the best one and best way to end the trip! The host's mom met us and was so helpful and just a really sweet and amazing host. She gave us three apples and was so thoughtful and showed us where everything was. The place was clean, comfortable and very central! Would definitely stay here if ever I visit! Definitely book this location!

집공사때문에 장기숙박했는데 상당히 쾌적하고 편했어요 방도 작지만 따로 구분되어 있어서 좋았고 창문도 커서 답답하지 않았어요 위치는 두말하면 잔소리~ 인근의 복층숙소보다 저는 훨씬 좋았습니다~

Sam’s place is exactly as what was showed in the post. It’s clean and has everything that you will need. It’s a 8-10min walk from Hongik Univ Station Exit 2. We would always start our travel to that station. There are a lot of food/restaurant options along the way to his house. Hongdae shopping street is within walking distance. Convenience stores and Olive Young are just steps away from the house. Sam’s place is your home away from home in Korea. Sam is also fluent in English. Communication was clear and he replies fast. Will definitely recommend! Thank you, Sam!

Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Logement spacieux et parfait pour 2 familles. Lave-linge et sèche linge à disposition. La terrasse est un plus pour se relaxer. Bus et métro à proximité. Hôte très réactif et attentionné. Parfait pour un premier séjour à Séoul! Grand merci.

3bedroom apartment complex with spacious living room. Easy access to mega shopping mall and market. Quiet clean place.
