The chapel was the perfect spot for a chilled and peaceful stay. The building is beautiful and had very comfortable beds and living areas. Ceri provided everything you could need for a longer stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and excellent recommendations for the area were provided. I especially loved that products supplied were eco and a recycling point was available almost next door. I would definitely recommend staying here.

In einer alten Kirche zu schlafen ist schon etwas besonderes. Das Haus ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, das man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Ola hat uns ein fantastisches Frühstück bereitet, worauf man sich am zweiten Tag schon wieder gefreut hat. Es ist abgelegen und ruhig, in Mitten der Natur einfach traumhaft. Wenn wir nochmal nach Irland reisen kommen wir bestimmt wieder zu euch. Danke Chris und Ola für die schönen Tage bei euch.

Arlene’s home is truly unique. It felt cozy and welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. We used the kitchen to make delicious meals. There is a large grocery store in walkable distance. Queen’s Park across the street was just beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Prima locatie, hartelijke ontvangst door Oliver. Kamer voldeed aan de omschrijving en dus onze verwachtingen. Schoon en netjes verzorgd. Het bed is voor ons aan de zachte kant, dat is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk. Van Oliver de tip gekregen om te gaan eten bij Piero Gallone, dit was inderdaad aanbevelenswaardig! Illertissen stelt verder zelf niet heel veel voor, tenminste dat is onze mening.

Lovely, cosy double room with ensuite shower room and use of the adjacent kitchen. The room was very quiet with no traffic noise at all, reached up two flights of stairs. Excellent location with lots of cafes and independent shops close by and a swimming pool 2 mins walk away. Great transport links by tram and bus to Princes street and other areas of Edinburgh, including a direct bus to the Pentland hills for fantastic walking. A great place to stay when visiting Edinburgh, we definitely plan to stay again. Kim is very friendly and communicates well. Thank you for a most enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Maison très bien pour un séjour en famille (plus chiens acceptés c'est top !), à proximité de tout et à 10 min de la plage en voiture. Les matelas sont assez vieux, ils gagneraient à être remplacés pour un séjour plus confortable. La communication avec Steven a été facile et l'accueil par Nadia la femme de ménage très bon également.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien zu Gast bei Peter. Wir haben den liebevoll gepflegten Garten und das detailreich eingerichtete Haus in traumhafter Lage in Böhme sehr genossen. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Bodenraum zum zur Ruhe kommen und entspannen. Entschleunigung strahlt das Haus aus. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr gute und einfach Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgeber. Bei Fragen wurde schnell geholfen und Peter und seine Frau waren auch sehr entspannt mit den Kindern. Wir wurden mit offenen Armen empfangen und werden vielleicht mal wiederkommen. Danke für die großzügige Gastfreundschaft!

What an amazing place! Beautifully converted, spotlessly clean. It had a well equipped kitchen, lovely linen and towels. Had such a great nights sleep. Sam was incredibly helpful and friendly and left us a welcome box with goodies and a bottle of fizz. A wonderful place to see the New Year in. Only bad point was having to leave! Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Sam. X

Prachtig appartement in een even prachtig gebouw! De communicatie met de Airbnb verliep vlot, de ruimtes en slaapkamers waren heel stijlvol ingericht en de bedden waren ruim en comfortabel. Aan absolute aanrader!

Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse i det ombyggda kapellet i Strömsberg! En unik och magisk plats med en härlig atmosfär. Kapellet var vackert renoverar och kombinerade charm och historia med modern komfort. Omgivningarna var rofyllda och perfekt för att koppla av och komma bort från vardagen. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera detta boende till alla som letar efter en annorlunda och minnesvärd vistelse.

Filippo und seine Unterkunft sind einfach gesagt unbeschreiblich. Er selbst ist ein sehr netter und positiver Mensch. Ich habe mich sehr gerne mit ihm unterhalten. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr gut. Er hat uns vorab Empfehlungen gegeben. Alles war immer klar! Die Unterkunft ist ein Meisterstück. Alleine die Tatsache, dass es eine religiöse und altertümliche Einrichtung ist, erzeugt einen mystischen Flair. Es sind einige religiöse Symbole zu sehen, das verursachte bei mir Eine leichte Gänsehaut. Die Decke am Eingang ist nach oben gewölbt wie in einer Kappelle. Einfach ein unglaubliches Gefühl, wenn man dieses Haus betritt. Filippo hat es dazu geschafft eine Moderne in die Unterkunft hineinzubringen, das verdient meinen Respekt. Es ist alles sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und auf höchstem Niveau. Muss man erlebt haben. Die Handtücher sind die frischesten die ich je hatte. Für mich ist es wichtig. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind ebenfalls sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Danke Filippo!!!!!!!

We stayed here with 5 other families and we had a brilliant time. The place is perfect, great communal space, loads of comfy seating and a brilliantly equipped kitchen. Everything has been thought through so that guests have a great time. There is plenty of everything to cater for a large group. The beds are comfy and the rooms spacious. The surrounding area is beautiful with lovely walks on the doorstep. George and Dionese were really responsive and provided all the information we needed. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay. You cannot beat the location - on the main road through Fowey and just along from all the shops and pubs etc. It is a few minutes' walk to the Boddinick Car Ferry and the car park and a few minutes to the town square. Eden Project is about 15 minutes' drive away. The house is huge (but lots of stairs which older people (and dogs!) might find less comfortable). Our boys (6 and 4) loved using the X box on rainy days and in the evenings as we don't have that at home. The Internet is fast (my husband had to work a couple of mornings). Walking to Readymoney Cove and the castle were worth it and the Hall Walk (without the young children) was particularly picturesque. My mother, who hadn't long had a hip replacement, managed it although there are some hilly bits. We hired a boat and explored up river, stopping off for a picnic. We caught the passenger ferry over to Pol Ruan too. The holiday was excellent made better by this spacious and homely home.

Excellent location for Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling all within an hours drive. Scotlands countryside never disappoints and with the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies virtually on your doorstep what a pleasant day out. Also Blackness Castle is well worth a visit.Facilities are very good with full size Snooker table and Sauna. Local pubs are a bit sparse, however had a lovely meal at the Inn on the Loch in Lanark. The game’s cupboard does need sorting out but that due to kids who never put things away properly. All in all a very enjoyable week here and would recommend it

This is a magic place. We loved it. Our hosts were lovely people. We were a bit taken aback that there were no cooking facilities in the apartment -they were downstairs and not always open. But we got over that and enjoyed ourselves in a very special accommodation.

Miesto splnilo moje očakávania, páčila sa nám citlivá obnova historických priestorov. Za nešťastné považujem umiestnenie apartmánu nad nočným barom. Káva v bare však bola vynikajúca. Mladým ľudom toto miesto bude určite vyhovovať.

Wir hatten die schönste Zeit in der besonderen Unterkunft von Emil und Louise. Alles war einfach und unkompliziert und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist super und ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank.

Nous avons passé une très agréable nuit dans cette chapelle revisitée. Patricia a été une super hôte, les détails concernant le logement étaient clairs, et malgré la fraîcheur de la nuit à l’extérieur nous n’avons pas eu froid grâce au poêle ainsi qu’à la couverture chauffante dans le lit Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés !

Ich war nun schon mehrere Male dort. Und zum zweiten Mal im Doppelzimmer "Bodhicitta". Dieses Zimmer mag ich besonders gerne. :-) Auch dieses Mal wieder: Super!!! Alles toll gelaufen! Ich war mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden: Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet, die Lage ist zentral und die Gastgeber, das "Lotus Guesthouse"-Team, sind herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe insgesamt ein paar sehr schöne Tage im "Lotus Guesthouse" im Jamyang London Buddhist Centre, in London, verbracht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Thank you! I'll come back! Secure and easy to access at any time of day. Very peaceful, warm and clean. Great value stay. Just don’t expect any fresh milk with your complimentary coffee/breakfast. Would stay again!

Maria en Jorge zijn ontzettende hartelijke hosten. De communicatie via de chat verliep warm en soepel. Ze zijn er écht op gericht je een " thuis gevoel" te geven. De accommodatie is er eentje om nooit te vergeten. Heel excentriek! Duidelijk met veel creativiteit & aandacht vorm gegeven. De accommodatie ligt zeer centraal om de parken en paleizen te bezoeken.
