This spacious 3-bedroom home overlooks the beautiful Kentucky Lake and comes with a private boat dock. The Beaver Damn Restaurant and Marina is also within walking distance, just minutes from the home. Bring your swim attire, boat and fishing poles and experience the gorgeous views of the lake while drinking a cup of coffee on the private outdoor patio. Relax in our peaceful cabin at Blue Creek Hill. The floors, countertops and wood on the walls were from trees felled to bring electricity to property. Walk down to the creek or roast marshmallows at the fire pit. Wooded, in the hills. Lots of wildlife. Very private. Wi-Fi, Verizon cell coverage. Note: 1.3 mile drive on gravel road to property. 11 miles to Loretta Lynn’s 7 miles to Waverly 16 miles to Kentucky Lake 1 hr 20 min to Nashville Have family and friends join you at our other cabin.

The location is quiet and serene. On some nights, if you sit on the deck/front porch, you can hear music from the nearby marina. Our cabin is very clean and sleeps up to 8 comfortably (see options below). Cottage B at Dry Hollow Farm

Local Amish builders constructed this cabin at Dry Hollow Farm in 2016-2017. On 63 acres of woods and pasture we raise Nigerian Dwarf and Alpine goats for milk from which we craft artisan goat milk soap of many varieties. We also raise luffa gourds and organically-grown herbs. We are located five miles outside of Huntingdon, Tennessee, and offer opportunities to interact with our farm animals and shop in our on-farm Soap Shop. We offer a peaceful rural setting with plenty of space to roam.

Wee Nook- a Hobbit Hole

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hold, and that means comfort.”

Welcome to River Run Cottage! Our 280 acre farm has views of the beautiful Duck River Valley & has 3 mi. of private river frontage. The cottage is located adjacent to our winery tasting room, open Thurs. - Sunday. (Horseshoe Bend Farm Wines) We also grow blueberries and offer picking opportunities for a real farm experience. Canoeing/Kayaking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, ATV and Hiking experiences located nearby. Near I40, Loretta Lynn’s Ranch and 1 hr. to Nashville.
