The Carriage House Studio at Marion Hall Mansion

Unique and private loft that was once the stables of the carriage house of Frank Enger. Mr. Enger’s family manufactured carriages and shipped them around the country in the 1800s. When Frank took over, he eventually began putting motors in the carriages and ultimately founded the Enger Motor Company. The apartment location is above A Village Gift Shop in the heart of historic Glendale Square. Overlooking shops and restaurants. Just 20 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati. Minutes to the Sharonville convention center. Close to Mason, Westchester and other neighboring communities. The apartment is located off of I-75. Glendale is a walking and biking Paradise. Private entrance, two bedrooms, one bath, large family and dining area. Well equipped kitchen and laundry.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Enjoy a farm experience 20 minutes from all Cincinnati’s attractions in our newly renovated carriage-house located in the suburb of Indian Hill. Easy keypad entry to a cozy one bedroom apartment on the second floor. The 30 acre property is home to alpacas, sheep, goats, and chickens. If interested, ask the host for a farm tour where you can interact with the animals or take a hike around the property.
