Challaborough, close to Bigbury on Sea in the South Hams is the most wonderful place to enjoy quality time with family/friends. Cheldon is a large detached bungalow, seconds away from the beach. It sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main house, with the added versatility of sleeping a further 4 in a separate annex. If your party is larger then 8 and you wish to use the annex, please give us a call as the annex is an extra price. A wonderful seaside property metres from the beach.

York House

York House is a tranquil and luxurious holiday home. This waterfront property is only six metres from the sea with outstanding views over the mouth of the river Exe and Exmouth bay. The house was the home of a well known local artist for many years and has undergone a total renovation in 2025 to bring it up to date whilst retaining all the original features and charm. This makes York house the perfect destination for guests who want a luxurious, but tranquil setting for their break.

NOTE: We allow dogs strictly by request only. The Ark is situated in a beautiful location with panoramic uninterrupted close views of the sea and less than a minutes walk of Eype beach. The property is ideal for walks along the South West Coastal Path in this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Ark is a contemporary 2 bedroom cedar clad chalet set in a large open green space amongst other individually privately owned quirky beachside properties.

Peaceful, bright, comfortable and clean.

Spacious bright, airy home is set at the end of a quiet road, approx ten minutes of the bus station, beach and town with multiple shops and pubs with a large garden. Food and children's drinks are not taken into the lounge area please. Table mats are provided for dining table, close by the lounge. Downstairs is almost entirely open plan, except for an additional room where there is a very comfortable sofa bed. No pets at property. NO SMOKING PLEASE.

Our house is wonderfully located with views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its new large decking area overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors. The large, open space is great for a getaway any time of year.

Our 2 bedroom cottage is a cosy home from home that is in the heart of Teignmouth town centre, just minutes away from beautiful sandy beaches, renowned restaurants and lovely seaside shops. The cottage is decorated with a modern finish, keeping it simple and clean, yet warm and homely. Ideal for couples, families, small groups of friends and professionals.
