Located in the picturesque village of Foolow in the centre of the Peak District National Park. Foolow (originally "la foulowe" - 1284) meaning a hill frequented by birds, is one of the hidden gems of the Peak District. Within easy travel to many Peak District attractions and walks. We warmly welcome well behaved doggies.

Rokeby Cottage in Hathersage, Peak District

A traditional Derbyshire cottage situated on an elevated quiet lane in the village of Hathersage. Rokeby Cottage has recently been refurbished to provide a comfortable relaxing stay any time of the year. Nestled within the Hope Valley, Hathersage offers exceptional walks from the front door ranging from circular 3 mile strolls to all-day hikes. Rokeby Cottage is a 5 minute walk from the village centre which hosts a great range of excellent pubs, cafes and shops.

Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is attached to Bridge House, situated in the Peak District village of Bamford and benefits from a beautiful view of the River Derwent. The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.

Carr cottage

Set in this historical village of Eyam within Hope valley, this 3 bedroom cottage, with multifuel log burner and fully equipped kitchen, is the ideal retreat for a relaxing break or provides the base from which to explore the many beautiful gems the peak district has to offer. Within 7 miles is Chatsworth house and Bakewell although Eyam itself is steeped in history and great walks. A fantastic setting and central to all.
