In Lowertown-this quaint cottage with modern updates is your home away from home! Fully furnished and a well stocked kitchen make it a wonderful place for overnight stays or longer term rentals. Beautiful patio provides an urban sanctuary at the end of a long day. Close proximity to Mayo Clinic-downtown restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are within walking distance. Two blocks in either direction puts you on the trail system. Public transit 1 ½ blocks away and a laundromat is ½ block away.

You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. Fully furnished home with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. Main floor bathroom has a seated shower with handheld. I will provide a Mayo Clinic parking pass upon request.
