We loved our staying how good was Faras to my family and Matin they all nice people and respectfully they responded to our request, we loved our stay.definitely recommend it.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich total super. Wir hatten in unserer Zeit sehr viel mit Errol zutun & haben uns jedes Mal gefreut, alle Mitarbeiter dort zu treffen. Alle waren super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit & haben uns viele tolle Tipps mit an die Hand gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen, drum herum kann man super essen gehen & ist schnell in der Altstadt. Wir haben auch einmal die Sauna und das Hamam benutzt, das war auch toll! Insgesamt können wir den Aufenthalt total empfehlen. Und wenn Errol seinen Bruder in Deutschland besucht, darf er jederzeit bei uns klingeln und auf ein Abendessen vorbeikommen! 😉❤️

we had to re-book our accommodation in istanbul last minute, since the place we originally booked on Booking turned out horrible… we ended up having an amazing short stay at this accommodation and were very pleased with everything! thank you!

We have used 2 apartments in this property. The owner (Isil) is probably the best host we had over the years. After our arrival, she had almost 2 hours with us, walking around the neighborhood, tell us about its history and suggest us many restaurants and shops. When we had any issue or question, she was there to reply. The one to have in mind is that the building is old and traditional (wooden) which means there is limited soundproof. On the other hand, the neighborhood is quite, beautiful and traditional with all the necessary shops nearby. Distance from the center is 15' using buses & trams which are very frequent & cheap (using Istanbulkart).

We had a wonderful holiday in a unique manifold and for us (not for everyone...if you are a respectful and experienced traveller we recommend it) beautiful neighbourhood. The Old Saffron House was a blast: outside there was so much to do and see and in the evening we were happy to rest in such a beautifully renewed ottoman oasis. Roza nous as accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse la maison est très bien placé en plus elle est très mignonne de part son charme. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour avec deux enfants en bas âge la maison leur a vraiment plu.

the apartment was as clean as seen in the pictures. it was warm enough for me in the winter weather, The Host Isil was warm, receptive and kind towards me. (such a sweet and pleasant lady) I felt at home in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

These apartments are perfect for a stay in Istanbul! They're beautifully furnished & equip with a full kitchen and air condition (so everything you need for a great stay!) The place was super clean and comfortable and within walking distance from tons of adorable cafes, the main road to catch a cab or the bus stop that will take you nearly anywhere in the city you'd want to go. I cannot recommend staying here enough & will be sure to check these apartments first if I return to Istanbul!

Myself and two friends had an amazing time staying at Taylans place in April. Really liked the decor of the place. Absolutely loved being on the balcony. We accidentally locked the key in the apartment and Taylan responded immediately and sorted the situation out. Also a great location in the heart of beyoğlu. Thank you for having us Taylan!

This flat felt a bit like Istanbul itself — big, full of character, and offering some breathtaking views. You’ll find charming historical details mixed with modern elements, and, just like the city, some parts are… let’s say, in need of a little maintenance. The place was clean, but some things were literally hanging on for dear life, and the shower had a personality of its own when it came to temperature control. Nothing that ruined the experience, though. All that said, we fully enjoyed our stay, and at the discounted price, it was a fantastic deal. If you’re looking for a perfectly polished, brand-new apartment, this might not be your match. But if you want a spacious authentic home in the great location —this is the place. Five stars for the experience, with just a little added charm of unpredictability!

Cute house in colourful neighbourhood, walking distance to tram. Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights here. House was clean and warm with easy check in. Host even had bread, milk and eggs in store for us on arrival which was appreciated after our long overnight journey. (Supermarket only 5 mins walk thereafter). 15 minute walk (steep hill) to tram then easy access within city. We loved the neighbourhood of Balat, the colourful houses give the area real character. Wish we had a longer stay, lots to see and do in city. If we return we would definitely book same property and would recommend to others. Thanks Ozkan!

Great stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 3 people, clean, well equipped and had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment was as described, heating was even turned on for our arrival which was a nice touch! Communication all the way through was fantastic. The only thing I would mention about the location is that it is lively outside. And the pool was a bit cold in the mornings. Apart from that it was perfect, would stay again!

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

Çok temiz bir ev güzel bir manzarası da var. Sadece giderken alışverişlerinizi tam yapmanız önemli ada merkezine yürüyüş mesafesi birazcık fazla.

Me and my family had a great short vacation in the apartment hotel. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days there. The pool and the public space is very nice. But the thing that really impressed us was the view from the balcony. It's hard to tear yourself away from the view of the sea and evening Istanbul.

I liked the house , the view , the pool , not very far from island center you can walk or reach it by bus , the kitchen stuff is limited, very peaceful very quiet , the pool is often empty, you feel free I did not feel disturbed or interfered by the hotel owners during my visit , they helped us with the grill stuff and to transfer our bags from their office to the house . And the house was well clean , equipped , I highly recommend it ✅✅✅

Oldukça memnun kaldık. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yoktu ve girişte çok yardımcı oldular. Fiyatını kesinlikle hak ediyor.
