A lovely chalet, perfect for our family of 4, good value and had everything we needed for a weekend. The hot tub was a great touch, we loved it! And the kids loved the putting green.

Lovely stay at Kate’s cottage. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of space to roam. Very cozy cottage that was well stocked (eg, fans, kitchen crockery, books). Good location to explore the area. Kate and her family were are very generous people, always available to answer any questions and give local recommendations. Her son gave our boys football lessons! The electric vehicle charging point was really handy to have on site.

Andre gave very clear instructions about the property. It was in a good location, being within a few yards of a nice play park for our daughter. It was about a half hour walk into Windsor for us with a four year old. Handy to have a small Waitrose and a Tesco so close. The road the house is on is a narrow lane that is not a through road and so parking (with a larger vehicle) to unload was not feasible, especially given that there were people trying to drive up and down the road. I would recommend unloading elsewhere for ease. There is parking on the surrounding streets and we felt the car was safe.

Wir habe die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Es war alles da, sie ist voll ausgestattet, wie beschrieben in wundervoller Lage und mit bester Aussicht. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Von Schlafzimmerfenster aus sieht man die Hirsche, Gänse usw. - bezaubernd. Eine wunderschöne Umgebung und Landschaft. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Die Unterkunft ist privat und wunderbar. Man bekommt genaue Anweisungen, was das öffnen des Tores und der Haustür angeht, man kann also nichts falsch machen und es hat perfekt funktioniert. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder bei unserer nächsten Reise durch Südengland. Danke Megan und Peter!

lovely place to stay on a live working farm, all animals are amazing kids and our selves will miss them! hot tub was one of the best we have been in held the heat really well. views from the place are amazing host and family are lovely people too. definitely will be coming back

Fantastic find been before and will book again

This was one of the best Airbnb units that we have visited. Patricia went above and beyond both prior to our arrival and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could ask for. The added touch of fresh fruit, home baked bread, milk, orange juice, wine, and sparkling water was a true bonus. The location is perfect. We felt part of the city and walked everywhere. It was so quiet at night we slept like babies. This was our first visit to Oxford, but definitely will not be our last. We will not hesitate to book this unit again and will in base our dates on the availability of Patricia's unit. We cannot say enough positives about our experience.

We loved the location overlooking the river. James was very helpful even at 10.15 in the evening when we inadvertently locked ourselves out. It’s a short walk to the George Pub which serves good food. The beds were very comfortable.
