A cottage feel in the middle of town, you’ll be walking distance from Health Sciences North, Idylwylde Golf Club, Laurentian University, NOSM, and Science North. 500m from a bus stop and 5-minute drive to both downtown and the south end. Hiking trails nearby, and you’re welcome to borrow the kayaks or paddle boat for a trip on the lake.
