Welcome to the opulence that is Borealis Penthouse.Above the Tanana valley with views of Fairbanks and the Alaska range.Designed with the distinguished traveler in mind.Has a multitude of smart home features and a king size Murphy bed.Grab bars throughout the bathroom as well as a towel heater.Outside there is a deck with seating,propane fire table and tanned reindeer hides for warmth if you choose to look for the Aurora Borealis.Also there is a fire pit area with a Breeo smoke less fire pit.

Cosy Artist Retreat for 2

This tiny, 8’ x 12’ cabin offers privacy for two. Conveniently located in West Fairbanks, 10 minutes from the airport, it features a loft bed, small kitchen appliances, and artistic decor, exclusive, private use of a full bathroom inside our home, completely separate from our personal area. Please read the description and photos, which are completely accurate and show the cabin as it is exactly. I am 11 years in the business and take pride giving my guests a comfortable and memorable stay!

About 15 min from downtown. Nice view and quiet neighborhood. One-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom in a building next to our house. 2 twin size beds, table and chairs. This 700 square foot walkout basement guesthouse has its own private drive and entry. Cook in the open kitchen, or grill out on the porch while enjoying the yard and get a peek of the Alaska Range and Tanana River through the trees. This newly remodeled unit has a washer and dryer, radiant heat, and 58 inch smart TV. (Squirrel Hollow sits below our larger unit, Fox Den, and they can be rented together for groups of up to 14 guests).

Raven’s Nest - Cozy, Northern Lights, Private

Relax when you stay in this 1 bedroom apartment, tucked into a wooded family Neighborhood. Located 1/2 way between Fairbanks & North Pole, near the back gate to Fort Wainwright & 30 mins from Eielson AFB. Enjoy the full kitchen & bath. For added guests the livingroom couch folds out into a double bed. The apartment has lost of extra storage so you wont be tripping over your luggage. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Just Ducky Refuge

The Just Ducky Refuge is located on the Chena River, right off of Nordale, by the boat ramp. 15 min from Fairbanks, and 15 min to North Pole. A quiet place to sit and enjoy the beauty of Alaska. Watch the river flow in the summer, and watch the Yukon quest dog mushers go by in the winter. The Northern lights can be seen from the north and east of the property. A quiet refuge on the river.
