The place was great and in a great location. We loved everything about the apartment however did have a few issues with some of the "rules". This is the only place I've ever rented that I've been told if anyone else comes into the place other than my wife and myself we would result in "immediate eviction". We were in town for a wedding for my niece and her and her fiance wanted to stop by and visit. I found it asinine that I had to tell her sorry you can't come in or I will be evicted. They have a beautiful private roof top with patio seating for 5, however no one else can visit. We were also going to arrive 30 minutes prior to check in by an Uber and had 2 large suitcases along with 2 other bags and a suit bag and asked if we could check in early and her response was yes but we would have to pay the $50 early check in fee. I would think that we would atleast be able to drop our bags so we wouldn't have to drag them around the streets. Other than that, no issues.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

Very clean and nice place to stay in a good location. It was nice to have amenities and all the essentials for a quick getaway. We were only there for one night but we enjoyed our time there to visit friends and loved being able to have our dog with us and walk her in the neighborhood.

I booked this air bnb to get the full experience at the Washington DC Zoo and it was the best! This place is up to date with very clean everything and even extras of things and some free snacks too. My son had a blast being able to walk right from the zoo to this beautiful home in the city. We also drove about 15 mins away to the White House and walked all around DC. This location is great to stay if you want to do anything around DC.

We loved it and I felt the place was even nicer than the photos. So clean and all the things you would need. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Perfect location to stroll Georgetown hot spots easily. Parking wasn’t bad and it was free with getting a pass from Marvin. I want to go back and stay again.

We found this place on a last minute decision stop to Washington DC The location is very calm and decorated with a lot of taste. Every single detail was thought about, from the snacks and water ready for our (really) late arrival, the wall light in the bathroom to find it better at night, the perfect balance in between the choice of colors and materials. Everything is here to make you feel right at home Lena was nothing but kind and helpfull, with an eye for details. All the informations and recommendations were on point The place was spotless and really well organised Thanks again for the perfect stay !

We were so happy with this basement apartment and location. Robert was very helpful and responsive. Most days we drove to the mall parking garage near the Pentagon and took the metro from Pentagon City station to the Smithsonian station (the pre-loaded $30 card available online was perfect for our stay). Driving from the unit to Arlington took mere minutes. It isn't too far from Mt. Vernon either. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We would stay here again! The current pictures under sell the unit. We were very happy to find it was bigger than expected. It could use a little updating, but we didn't mind. All we did was sleep, eat some breakfast, and return each night with aching feet and legs from a typical day of walking D.C.

Terese was very responsive with any questions that we had. The place was a perfect weekend stay for 2 people. About 30 minutes from Washington DC so I would recommend if you are trying to stay a little bit outside the city. Worth the stay and would come back.

Loved staying at Brian's! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Perfect for visiting the DC area. Also, it was nice to be in Alexandria and have more restaurant options than only using destinations in DC area. Would definitely book again.

Very fun place! Perhaps somewhat new so some kinks being worked out, but the host is incredibly responsive to any requests and has invested heavily in the property - luxury fixtures, appliances, amenities. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone! The location was perfect for our visit. Patricia was a great host, super accommodating! Definitely will stay again!

The Ingram House was perfect for our trip to Washington, D.C.! The owner is very friendly, very responsive, and the layout of the house was perfect for our group. There are three Metro Stations within a 3-mile radius of the Ingram House, which made it fast & easy to get around the D.C. area. Alexandria has multiple grocery stores & restaurants, so we were never at a loss for food. Would I recommend the Ingram House to future visitors: ABSOLUTELY!

Jovan and his property manager truly saved us during an emergency with our previous Airbnb. They had the home ready for us same day, and their quick communication and care made us feel so taken care of. They were always responsive and incredibly accommodating of all our needs throughout the stay. The house itself is beautiful, calming, and perfect for a large group. Everyone had their own space to relax, and the office was clutch for one of our friends who needed to take work calls. The outdoor area was perfect for unwinding in the evenings or enjoying quiet mornings with coffee. The kitchen was spacious enough for 4–5 of us to cook together without feeling cramped, and the showers were amazing—great water pressure and super refreshing. Thank you, Jovan, for being a truly thoughtful host. I'd absolutely recommend staying here!

Super clean, small basement apartment!

This was an amazing stay, the space is exactly like the photos, & in a safe community. Janee was very responsive & super nice! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host provided very detailed instructions that made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely consider booking this unit again in the future.

Our family of four (one five year old, one seven year old, and two parents) wanted to spend the week of February break touring Washington DC, and this was the perfect unit for us! Commuting to and from the city via public transportation was especially easy.

I really enjoyed staying at Tara’s apartment. All the amenities were there. It was nice to have air conditioning after walking all over the city during the humid summer days. Wifi was great. I highly recommend this property. It is very close to public transportation so easily got around. Tara is a great host.
