This is a lovely and spacious home in a beautiful setting along the Potomac River. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck with our morning coffee or in the evening, watching the sun set or the deer along the river. Those views were also available in the spacious living room facing the deck. The kitchen was well appointed, which we always appreciate when cooking meals in and the beds and linens were nice and comfortable. There were games available in the closet and my adult kids enjoyed setting up and playing badminton on the back lawn. Sylvia was a wonderful host that communicated clearly and was very helpful. We will look forward to coming back some time in the future.

Jack has been a grade A host from start to finish. Lots of clear communication, easy entrance/check out, and he continually went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. Cannot recommend the space enough!

Here is a shorter version of your review: ⸻ We chose this home for its walkable location near King Street, the waterfront, restaurants, and grocery stores (Harris Teeter and Trader Joe’s just a few blocks away). We loved strolling past beautiful gardens and historic architecture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the large dining table between the cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen was perfect for us. The peaceful backyard with seating and a grill made a lovely spot for morning coffee. Our hostess, Mary, was welcoming and responsive, providing thoughtful touches like teas, coffee, and kitchen essentials. The home was very clean and well organized. In our early 70s, we found the stairs easy to manage thanks to the sturdy handrail. A perfect stay!

What a great place for our family trip to DC! Seven adults stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights. The beds were very comfortable. The linens and towels were high quality. The kitchen was well equipped and we made breakfast there every morning. We spent most after dinner time hanging out in the living room. As the pictures show, there was more than enough comfortable seating. The location was great. With King St accessible from the back door or a very short walk around the corner when exiting from the front door. The metro was an easy walk (about 1/2 mile) or we sometimes used a parking garage across from the station. Erin was a great communicator and definitely wanted us to enjoy our stay. I was concerned about the lack of guaranteed parking on weekdays but we found a space every time we returned in our 7 person minivan and Erin had provided us with locations of very close by lots, which we never needed. Glad to have the spot behind the house on weekends! Would highly recommend!!!!

We met at this AirBnB for a 50 year reunion from the US Coast Guard. This unit was in a perfect location, convenient to Clifton, VA where we would meet each day. The unit was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and had a great kitchen. What is tops in my book is that it is a very quiet townhouse so sleeping each night was great. The only negative was that the keypad for entry didn't work when we arrived but Linda was very responsive to that issue and had someone come over to let us in and to fix the keypad, which turned out to be just a bad connection on the batteries. Linda was always very responsive to questions that we had before arriving. We would definitely stay here again because of the price, location, cleanliness, peace and quiet, and all the nice amenities that were in the unit. Also, we found the parking right in front of the unit was secure and convenient.

The house was perfect for our entire family! Just the right size and super comfortable.

Most of the time I travel with just my family but sometimes we get to travel with our labor team also. Angel and Ryan offer great accommodations for all of us. Safe relaxing, spacious and great water pressure!!! We needed extra blanket because it was colder for April the night we were there and Ryan went out of his way to make it work for us. Our team was a mix of needs and they had something for all of us. They care for their house a little extra because it has a few live thriving plants what a great way to provide the true home feeling we so appreciate after hard work and long travels. The neighbor is great ! To accommodate all my teams needs I slept on the daybed and it was actually comfortable. All slept well. Thank you much Definitely worth the short drive out of DC.

The Farmhouse was a wonderful place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Located in walking distance of restaurants, shopping and park, this townhouse provided convenience along with comfort. Roger’s Place was nicely decorated and was well equipped. Would recommend this beautiful Occoquan townhome.

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.
