This is a beautiful house with lots of space, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and well thought out bedrooms. It's location is a short walk to the beach and only 5 to 10 minutes from dining, shopping and groceries. It's a great location for a large family or multi-family gathering.

We had a great weekend! The house was great as well as the outdoors. We enjoyed fishing and having the private dock. We also enjoyed the fire pit. Andrea was an excellent host and we strongly recommend this listing. Thanks again Andrea!

The Happy Place just makes you smile when you drive up to it. It’s honestly picture perfect inside and out. Clean, very comfortable and fantastic location. We loved it.

We had never been to Edisto Island it was very relaxing , beautiful surroundings , easy walk or bike ride to the beach ! Edisto is a great place to get away and relax. The house was comfortable and looked just like the pictures . If you’re looking to relax at the beach get away from your busy life , slow down , then Edisto is your place !

This was our second stay at the house, and we hope to keep coming back. House is comfy and clean and has everything you need. The peacefulness and beauty of the marsh, the birdsong, and the wind in the trees are balm to the soul.

This is a great find. Very convenient to Port Royal downtown and Beaufort. The access to the walking trail is a great feature. Very comfortable backyard

The view ! Whether sitting on the back porch or the dock - the view is amazing ! Unless we were preparing meals, all of our time was spent on the dock or back porch. This was a great girls getaway weekend ! The host - the communication from Jennifer was excellent ! Highly recommend her place.

The condo was very cute! It was walkable to everything and very clean!! The beds were comfortable! Just a note-the parking is accessed from the road right past the condo (in the back). It was nice having spaces dedicated to the condo so we never had to worry about having a space to park. Richard was so kind to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay great! He was very quick in responding to any questions that we had. I will definitely look for his properties when staying in the area.
