It was an ideal location because it was very close to a family member in Swansboro and near to some great restaurants. We loved the layout of the home and the accommodations. The home was so clean and very cozy and well stocked with household items. Our family enjoyed the use of the jacuzzi and the outdoor space overlooking the water. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The Host was great with correspondence. This home exceeded our expectations!

Most accommodating rental we have stayed in! Kitchen had every tool we needed and then some. Beds were extremely comfortable!! We did not have children with us, but all of the necessities for young children were there (baby gates, high chair, etc.). The house was extremely clean and the location was perfect for our group. Hopeful to book again in the future!

We loved staying here for New Year's! Beautiful outdoor space with the walking trail right in the backyard and walking distance to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and a fully stocked kitchen including materials for s'mores to enjoy in the fire out back. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon!

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

Carols bungalow was the perfect beach reset my family needed. Lots of privacy for the kids to run around the backyard. They loved the ping pong table as well. Super close to the beach and grocery stores.

We just spent the weekend here. Place is perfect for a relaxing stay. The house is super nice, clean and perfectly furnished. The hot tub is lush, awesome to relax and watch the stars ! Minimal light pollution. We took the kayaks out which we loved. Lots of places to explore! Overall an awesome place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hosts !

I decided to come down to get some work done and chose this place and it was an awesome decision. It was so peaceful, easy to find the room as well as cozy and comfy. There’s a restaurant right next to the room, which is perfect for any quick bites and amazing view outside. It was quite peaceful and I actually did a lot of my work sitting out on the patio. Definitely a nice place to spend your night at in Topsail!

This place is an absolute dream! The location is so perfect and you will not regret staying here. The house is beautiful and in fantastic shape. You can tell the homeowners care about the home and truly make it a special place to relax and unwind. Carolyn and her husband Jonathan are the best hosts of anywhere I have stayed. They are super responsive and the kindest people ever. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wishes to have a magical visit to emerald isle. Thank you so much Carolyn and Jonathan! You guys made our honeymoon perfect!!
