Old Burford Cottage is the largest 2 bed on the High Street. The cottage was originally two cottages, but we have lovingly converted into one spacious cottage for upto 4 people. A beautiful cottage built in the region of 1840 to accompany The George Inn. Situated 10 yards off the famous Burford High Street, it is peacefully quiet and has been refurbished to an immaculate standard, whilst keeping tradition. The location is possibly the best in Burford, it’s genuinely amazing …location, location!

Set in a row of attractive cottages on a quiet lane and directly opposite the handsome Norman Church. The cottage was built in the 19 Century as a 2 up and 2 down and we have extended it with an internal bathroom on the ground floor. The rooms on the ground floor have electric underfloor heating and the living room also has a wood burner. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The cottage is only a short walk from the High street and parking is free on the street outside the front door.

The area has many wonderful markets, pubs, spas and walks all within easy reach. A step back in time to the Roman age and beyond but with up to date amenities!

Ideal for exploring the local area, the Hayloft is conveniently situated between Cheltenham and Cirencester in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. Newly built (finished July 2020), it has all mod cons and is well equipped with flexible sleeping (the king size bed can convert to twin beds on request). The owners live on site (in a separate building).
