This is Modern Farmhouse Apartment is 10-12 minutes away from Indiana Wesleyan University, “IWU” & Taylor University is only 20 minutes away from the location. These units have private pond with catch &* release fishing, a gazebo with a grill & couch also. The Apartment features a king size, plush bed and with a master bathroom & stand-alone rain shower.

Double Loft Lodge

Nestled along the Mississinewa River near James Dean's hometown, Taylor Univ and Indiana Wesleyan Univ, we were originally named Harrisburg, until the natural gas boom of the 1800s. The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. Visit the Gas City museum at 210 South A St opened 1-4 sat&sun, relax at Beaner Linn Park 701 S Broadway or visit one of our shops. You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Enjoy wildlife, kayaking, fishing, campfires, horses, hiking and games. We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. You can also enjoy a campfire and cook over the open fire on our tripod grill. We have 2 other cabins and our cozy apartment listed.

Enjoy Nostalgia In James Dean's Hometown

The Rebel Lodge is a fully restored historic brick building located in the heart of James Dean's hometown. lt is right across the street from the James Dean Museum, just around the corner from Main street, and only blocks from The James Dean Gallery. The building will sleep 4-5 with a comfy double bed, a pull out sofa and an additional sofa. It is decorated with fun mid century furniture and decor. Everything is freshly up to date with new furnace, & air conditioning. Please enjoy your stay!

The Cozy Cottage

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this cozy cottage. Historic Downtown Noblesville is just a short walk where you will find great restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops. The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

Self check-in! Traffic noise free! This cozy guest loft was created in January of 2022. We sit in the central edge of Marion, about 8 min from IWU, 5 min from down town, and 7 min from I-69. With TWO bedrooms (each has TV & QUEEN bed), a LARGE kitchen/dining area, a COZY living room with TV/Roku, and a SPACIOUS bathroom! NO CLEANING FEE and FREE parking right in front of your door! Walking distance to Indiana Wesleyan University, Wildcat Stadium, and more. If you’re in town for a campus visit, or to catch a sporting event at IWU, this is the place to be! Small home with many updates on a quiet, dead-end street. All the amenities to stay for a long period of time if necessary. Wi-fi, washer/dryer, full kitchen. Bed size is a QUEEN. Fold flat sofa included for additional guest.
