The place is verry cozy. Just bring all your groceries in and hindi mona need lumabas. The kitchen is really nice all the things you need to make a meal is there. Fridge is big as well and the honest store comes in handy if you dont wanna leave the place but need some snacks and refreshment. Moniques response really fast aswell if you need anything. Def almost 24/7 she will tex you back. The only bad side is the parking and the guard.

It was a very nice stay even though it’s a big far away from a lot of stuff in Manila and it was a bit small. We had a good time overall and we were overall very happy with our trip.

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

Among the places I stayed before, I'd say this one's the best! Every corner is definitely picturesque. I love how the art pieces are thoughtfully curated in the place complemented by lighting placements. Special shout to Ms Dang for being so responsive to our queries every time we had one. Location is peaceful and literally walking distance to Manila Bay. If you are eyeing to have a Binondo or Intramuros trip, this is the best place to stay. I look forward booking this place again soon!
