Guest house in the heart of downtown Franklin

Enjoy historic downtown Franklin with a 6 block walk from the guest house to the 5 points center of downtown Franklin. Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. We are minutes away from outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, disc golf course, hiking, and much more. We are also a short 30 minute drive to Nashville and Franklin.

Nashville is an approximate 40 minute drive; Franklin is a 15-20 minute drive. Airport is approximately 45 minutes. Quick access to I-840 exchange makes the Spring Hill area very convenient. Located 8 miles off the Natchez Trace Parkway, 15 miles from Leipers Fork and Franklin-40 minutes from Nashville Please note: We now have StarLink internet on the guest WiFi network. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, enjoy the farm life as well as a quiet setting while being a short drive to Nashville, Franklin, Dickson and more. There is room for your horses as well if that is a need. Less than 15 mins from 1-40 and an easy drive and plenty of parking for a larger rig.
