There's also a small local supermarket, just 10 minutes walk away. It's only six minutes from the house to Long Beach. It really is long (one mile) and great for walks. The water’s warm, the surf impressive and the trade wind here will keep you cool. Swim only if you are confident in the surf.

Silver Sands Is not a central area, renting a car would be a good idea.
