From start to finish this beautiful place was resort like. We arrived fairly late but with the video instructions and location it was very easy to navigate even after a long day of travel. The area was safe and secure. You swipe into a garage and have your own parking spot. There is an elevator but that was a little tricky to figure out what floor is what. We walked in and the place was very comfy. We dropped our stuff and went right to bed. The next morning, we went exploring and walked to the pier and around the town. Lots of people out and everyone owns a dog! The beds were comfy and it was just the right size for my husband, me and our 2 kids 10 and 13. The ocean is walkable and even Ty the weather was not that great my daughter still took a dip in the ocean. The heated pools and spas were a nice touch too. We used the laundry facilities as well. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our cooking needs. Side note: we did have an earthquake but we were safe!

Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental is close walking distance to the ocean, Harbor, and town. There are lots of amenities at the complex, pool, billards, pong pong. Everything was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay again.

This was one of the best Airbnb locations that I've ever stayed in, including the actual condo and the host. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and came with everything that you would want for a beach vacation. There were extra blankets, sheets, tons of towels, soaps for the dish washer and washing machine, and all of the furniture was comfortable and clean. The location really couldn't be better. You are steps away from essentially a private beach in San Diego and have access to a ton of pools and seating areas that overlook the ocean. The weather in this part of SD is always nice and because you're so close to the water, the ocean breeze makes the condo comfortable and airy throughout the day. Alyssa was incredibly easy to work with, super responsive, and a great host. Booking with her, getting an early check in (Thank you!) and working out the details was straight forward and she was always clear and friendly. Next time I'm back in SD, I'll be looking to stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

Great location, loved staying here. lovely walk to oceanside harbor and oceanside harbor beach- only a 10 minute walk!! the condo was actually better looking than the pictures. Hidden gem for sure.

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Nick & Amy's place in Oceanside was wonderful! You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the place an hour before check-in but the hosts were super quick to accept, and proactively send me welcome messages with instructions to enter the property. I appreciated the clear instructions for parking as well. The beach is just a few steps away and I felt safe waking at night in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend picking this place if you're in Oceanside! Thanks for a great stay, Nick & Amy!

Nice, clean condo in a beautiful complex just steps from the beach. Everything as promised in the description. We had a fantastic time!

Easy access. Hoa does a great job with everything. Quick to respond with any questions. I’d stay here again. Awesome experience at this condo.

Appreciated Hildy’s arrival and parking directions - very helpful! The complex grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time at the beach due to the “marine layer”(fog/mist) most days at this time of year, but Hildy has lots of beach amenities available if we had wanted to go (chairs, boogie boards, wagon, towels…). The marine layer is an interesting phenomenon; just 1-2 blocks inland there were sunny blue skies! The walks over to the Harbor and along The Strand to the Pier and downtown were easy and pleasant. Lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy in downtown. If you’re there on a Thursday evening check out the Sunset Street Market!

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.

Dan made us feel at home and told us a few things we can do in the area. He even welcomed us before settling in. He gave us a farewell before leaving. Highly recommend staying! Thanks Dan!

Sharon is a great host. She was always watchful that we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. House is amazing. Pictures dont fully describe how beautiful the house is. Full kitchen utensils. Bedrooms, Bathroom, everything complete like if you were home. Amazing outdoor area to excercise, spend time at the pool, jacuzzi, even working/reading. Great bbq area, awesome grill. Lots of pool and beach toys! Dont think twice about renting this place! Cant wait to go back next holidays.

Drake's place epitomizes respite from the throes of a hectic day/week/ life. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chef's kitchen, stunning view from the master bedroom, the amenities, and the backyard and grill. He is sincerely friendly and Patricia is truly a gem. She came to assist with the grill instead of simply disseminating instructions/ information. The residence is approximately 5 mins from the beach, a stone throw from Carlsbad and an easy drive from Temecula. It is worth your while to book!

Overall We enjoyed our stay at this house. Gorgeous views and surroundings provide panoramic views in the house. Pros; Main living room, dining area and TV room downstairs are nice to hangout with views and pretty much anything you need. There is also a piano if you know how to play. Fireplace in living room made the space cozy and pleasant to hangout. Pool and Jacuzzi were our favorite, easy to communicate with host to make them warm during our stay. Cons; - Bedrooms are upstairs and they are clean but basic, master bedroom has two twin size beds which was a bit small for our family of four. There wasn’t also any nightstand next to bed to put your phone or belongings on while sleeping. - Bath tub/shower combo is typically not my favorite but they were okay. - There wasn’t any spices in kitchen, not even salt or pepper if you’re planning to cook during your stay. We had to go shopping to get basic spices. - the guesthouse is occupied so the main entry is shared.

Every imaginable detail was considered in the house. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen was fully furnished with high quality dishes and utensils. Marc was very responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying at this home, it is absolutely worth it.

Ruth’s place was the perfect place while we spent time with family during the holidays. Nice and big, the gym and ping pong/pool table were great additions, the kitchen was nicely upgraded, modern countertops and appliances that overlooked the beautiful pool backyard. The dogs absolutely loved the space! Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were able to decompress from a long road trip as if we were right at home. Ruth was very proactive in her communications, and even left a sweet note and a bottle of wine as a greeting gift. Which was very thoughtful and sweet of her. She was an amazing host! We would absolutely choose her home again for another stay.

Great vacation quiet with lots to do at the house. I have older teens and they were so busy with games they were hardly on their phones. Very relaxing

Overall we had a great time with our stay. Lots of entertainment/activities at the house. Plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the pool and fire pit. The only hiccup was the cleaners didn’t make it out to the property prior to us arriving at the house. I contacted the hosts and they responded very quickly and made the situation right. So I was very satisfied with that. Our families loved the place, thank you for the experience.
