Ambiance (5) - breathtaking views. Adorable decor outside with potting, and the setup inside had things properly stationed. Amenities (4.5) - We were not lacking the basics, appreciated having washer / dryer inside the bathroom, came in handy to fluff wrinkled clothes. The host also allowed us pluck fruit on the lovely property (we found lots of oranges!) … this was unexpectedly delightful. It took a while to find the coffee though, and would have loved some tea. Living (5) - Couch was comfortable, with blankets … served nap times. Sleep (4) - Mattress was a bit stiff and uncomfortable; would have preferred a plusher mattress top. Attentiveness (5) - host was highly responsive during our stay … including Hot Tub (on/off), locking doors, plus recommendations for places to eat.

Omg such a beautiful place!! It was so cozy and Marie literally thought of EVERYTHING. She had a steamer available for our clothes, toiletries, and even had a bag of ice in the freezer for us which I thought was SO thoughtful! We used it for our drinks and then filled our cooler when we left cause we roadtripped from AZ. All instructions for check in/out, TV, parking, etc was clear as day! There were extra pillow and blankets! Seriously anything you could think of needing Marie had available. We visited Fallbrook for a wedding and had never been and we were so happy that we stayed right in town. They have a gate to their property and even go above and beyond to trust you with a clicker to open it for ease when you could easily punch in the code. Just all the little details really blew us away. Honestly the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were in the Fallbrook area for a wedding. The house was in a private location but still convenient. The kitchen was amazing and we loved sitting outside by the fireplace during the cooler nights. Agnes was an amazing host and made us feel right at home! If we ever find ourselves in the Fallbrook area again we will definitely be staying here again!

This was our second stay at Stephanie and Phil’s beautiful guesthouse and we loved every second we were there. Our grand-puppy never wanted to leave! The guesthouse has all of the amenities you will ever need (including a nice bottle of wine provided), and the property is beautifully landscaped and has breathtaking views. Sitting on the patio and enjoying a glass of wine with the views is the best way to spend a vacation. Ocean Breezes has on site parking and is located near parks, beaches, wineries, stores and restaurants Stephanie and Phil went out of their way to make us feel at home, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend Stephanie and Phil and their guesthouse.

Lance was a phenomenal host. Easy check-in, easy check out, active communication throughout our stay to optimize our experience. Could not have asked for a better host. House was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Thank you Lance!

This was a phenomenal Airbnb experience! The place was exactly what we needed for our two pups and some events in Temecula. For dog lovers, there is a beautiful separately fenced area with thoughtful seating, stunning scenery, and so quiet! Carol has it stocked with everything you could possibly need and with thoughtful snacks as well. We really loved it and will be back!

Bob was so nice and the property was perfect for a wedding we were attending nearby.
