Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

Really lovely home, very short stroll to the village centre which has some great restaurants and shops. Our 16 month old really appreciated playing with the wide variety of children’s books and toys and on the children’s slide & swing in the garden. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay. The house looks just like the pictures and had plenty of space for all of us. The location is great for getting into central Manchester, and Jordan and Tate were responsive and helpful throughout. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom, but this was clearly mentioned in the listing, so we were prepared. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you!

Geoff was a wonderful and very responsive host, the home was beautiful and exactly as advertised, everything was clean and tidy and it was overall a very cozy, romantic vibe. Couldn’t ask for any more, would deffo come back!

Was visiting area for friends birthday in Poynton..perfect location for us and as described. Easy to find. Nice pubs and restaurants in the area Patrick answered messages quickly and was flexible on check in and check out. Def stay again when in the area

Felt like a home away from home. Beautiful house in a lovely suburb of Manchester. Lisa was fantastic as a host, always responsive and great for local recommendations. Welcome basket was a really lovely touch.

There was everything we needed to feel at home. A second bathroom which was very helpful considering the number of guests. The host provided all relevant information that was useful to our stay.

Had a very comfortable stay in a very modern apartment. This was much bigger than I needed and the price was reasonable for what you are getting. Laura was very helpful and proactive with parking and heating needs. I would come back in the future.

A perfect stay for Manchester. Great interior. Has everything needed. Great location. Love the interior design. Loved the models for an extra bit of fun as well. Good to play with but not too much in the way. Will be staying again.

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

What a gem! This is such a beautiful and interesting place to stay. Right on the train line but very peaceful. Spotless and beautifully done. Comfy beds, lovely welcome, great host with brilliant communication, easy check in, just fab. Thank you Jane!

A lovely stay in a great place with a kind host! The walk up the hill in the evening to watch the sunset was fab. And there were little lambs. Very quiet location and property exactly as described, nicer than the pictures. Thanks for the stay!
