Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

The deck features a glass garage door that can be opened to let in the breeze & natural light allowing guests to enjoy the picturesque views of the pond. Inside you'll find a well-appointed one-bedroom space offering a peaceful retreat, & the living area provides a cozy spot to relax after a day of enjoying all that Raleigh has to offer. Pet fee $100.

The condo lives large while being compact, with TVs, ceiling fans, mirrored closets, queen bed in guest room, king bed and desk in the master bedroom. Bright and open living area w/ fully renovated bath and kitchen makes living simple! Enjoy the quiet outdoor area w/ seating, and walkable to restaurants, bars, and breweries! Pet friendly!

Less than 1 mile to the Falls Lake Boat ramp located on HWY 50 just across from the Mountain to Sea Trail. Well behaved dogs welcome and must be attended in/outdoors.

Welcome to our beautiful, historic river bungalow - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway! This charming retreat is a minute’s walk to Falls Dam, the Neuse River, and the Greenway, with miles of trails for you to explore. This 1901 bungalow still maintains much of its historic charm, though it is newly renovated and stylishly furnished for the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay. **We charge a separate $30 per pet/per night fee AFTER you book.

Relax with the whole family in this warm and spacious cabin nestled on 11 wooded acres. A long gravel driveway leads you beside two beautiful horse farms with your private retreat tucked away in the woods. You will enjoy all of the benefits of a private, wooded retreat while conveniently located just minutes from all that Wake Forest, Youngsville, and Franklinton have to offer. Screened porches, a spacious open concept living room/kitchen area, with two adorable bedrooms.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
