The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. MacD, our housekeeper is on hand 24 hours to assist where necessary The house is safe and secure with guarded entrance. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy the surrounding majestic mountains. Simonstown is filled with history and old buildings. Loads of cafes, restaurants, cute pubs, boutiques and near the yacht basin and waterfront area, all in walking distance. It's safe, peaceful, and close to the beach. Either hire a car, or Uber, or jump on the Metrorail. Train station 5 minutes away... Will whisk you to all the trendy spots in Kalk Bay and Muizenberg. The sea views from our airbnb suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge) are fabulous. Behind us is the mountain reserve and in front lies the wide expanse of False Bay. Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

Completely separate, private suite with ample parking on a 5-acre smallholding in Noordhoek. Original wood flooring, queen XL bed with Egyptian-cotton bedlinen, smart TV, fridge, microwave, gas cooker and automatic coffee machine, desk and wifi plus a private, sunny courtyard with firepit. The sizeable en-suite bathroom has a cast-iron bath and large shower.
