This villa made our trip more enjoyable, everything was wonderful, the owner Mr wim was very helpful and also the maid Ms Julie was wonderful in everything. I highly recommend this villa for anyone. I can’t wait to stay there again.

We struggled to realize the location was actually in a secure complex setting. So we drove past the entrance a few times & also asked the guard where to go … but he did not know. So we drove around a bit before realizing the location was actually in the secure complex - Avignon. ( This may be on the information & it may be us that did not read properly !!) A wonderful stay … easy it book in & very comfortable & spacious. Great setting in Hout Bay & secure and also nice walks within the complex & play area for kids.

Realmente la casa cumplió con todos los requisitos. La casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada. El check in fue muy bien organizado, incluso nos ofrecieron hacer el check in en un horario más temprano que nos fue muy conveniente. La ubicación de la casa no pudo haber sido mejor, frente al mar. Dese todos los lugares de la casa teníamos vista completa al mar, realmente muy impresionante. Todo estaba sumamente limpio y ordenado. Judith, nos ayudó mucho con la limpieza de la casa y también con cualquier otra cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Me guataría poder volver TODOS los veranos!!

We’ve just spent 4 weeks (4 adults 1 child and a baby) at the villa and it was the most amazing stay! The villa is in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Matthew the house manager was just the best! So helpful and kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

La Vue Parfaite lives up to its name as it is the highest house in Gordon's Bay! My family loved the weekend we spent there as it is big and secluded and great for having braais, enjoying the sun and the pool - in fact, the only time we left was to re-stock supplies at the nearby supermarket!

Our stay at Nicki’s Villa was much better than expected as this was only my 2nd Airbnb stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my family which includes 3 children under 3 years old. Everyone had their own space and there were several common spaces for us to gather both indoor and outdoor. The villa was very clean and includes daily housekeeping services. The villa is in a gated community with guard service so we always felt safe. We also used the recommended Chef Mark who came to the villa several days to prepare breakfasts and dinners (including appetizers and home made desserts) for our group. My 13 year old nephew said that was the highlight of his trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was top notch. The Villa helped to make this one of the best family trips we have experienced to date.

What a privilege to be able to stay in this very special place. It is spacious, private and absolutely beautiful. The views would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. The layout of the house is perfect and the linen and finishes all high quality. We were here in late summer and the house was the perfect beach escape. You can walk to the beach and to the Red Herring centre which has fantastic restaurants. There is so much to do in Noordhoek and Cape Town. The house might be a little cold in mid winter due to its position on the mountain and open plan nature.

Really awesome stay - the welcome was awesome, the position perfect and as great a host you could ask for. We’ll be back!

Wonderful place. Beautiful house, nice interior with a perfect location directly at the beach. We will definitely come back to this place in case we are back in Cape Town.

Pieter was a great host, he was respectful and very sweet. The house was amazing, views were great and you could find everything that you’re looking for. Definitely would recommend for people to stay here.

We spent a fantastic week here with our two boys. Agree with previous reviews that the photos don’t do the place justice. Inside feels so spacious with incredible views from the master bedroom. And it’s nestled in a quiet area but close to great restaurants and of course the beautiful Nordhoek beach, which is wild and breathtaking. Joy ensured a seamless arrival and was very responsive thoughout our stay with any queries. A huge thanks to the divine Lindi who kept the house spotless. We did have a few issues with splinters around the pool decking but it in no way detracted from a wonderful stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

The most perfect beach stay in beautiful Camps Bay - we only stayed for 4 days but wish it was longer - a perfect home away from home. Everything was beautifully designed (actually much more beautiful and spacious than the photos) and it had everything we needed as a family with 2 young kids. The beds were so comfy and it was all spotless / everything felt very new. Gorgeous and private garden to play in and just a few minutes walk from the beach! Felt incredibly safe and Keira was very helpful with tips / advice. If we come back I would happily stay here for the entire trip rather than move around!

I was tempted to say that Sam's place was as photographed, but the photographs do not do this place justice, at all!!!!. The scenic view outside the dining room and on the balcony are worth the stay. It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. As a collective, we felt at home in the villa especially with the security provided. Sam is such a responsive and thoughtful host, and Mestina, the housekeeper, is a gem. She does a wonderful job, is sunny, and can be a smidgen shy, but truly a joy to engage with, if you choose to do so since she isn't forward with guests.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 kleinen Kindern unter 2 Jahren bei Marc. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt. Modern, alles da, was man braucht und so unglaublich schön. Die Aufteilung ist gut durchdacht. Der Blick auf der Meerseite ist einfach umwerfend. Man kann da die allerbesten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Marc hat uns überrascht, wie schnell er geantwortet hat, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Er hat sich sehr bemüht. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und wir können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Ein Leckerbissen!

What a fantastic villa from which to explore Cape Town! Location is great and has all the shops etc one needs as well as Lions Head right on the doorstep.

We had an incredible stay in Alphen Constantia! The property looked even better than the photos, was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring Cape Town, and the quiet surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to return!

The property is ideal for families. We travelled with two teenagers and a ten year old and everyone had their own space they could retreat to. Very cosy home, lovely garden area with swimming pool, large kitchen and sitting area to enjoy time together as a family. It is an ideal setting to enjoy a truly relaxing, but also private holiday where we felt at home, safe and spoilt with beautiful surroundings at the same time. It is a calm neighborhood which allows for a good nights sleep. Easy walk to the city, Gardens shopping center and parks, good coffee shop and if you want to take a longer stretch also to the V&A waterfront . Truly an amazing location for your Cape Town stay. The place airs a homely atmosphere much different from many other AirBnBs and you can sense that the owners take great care and pride of the place. Super responsive hosts, often within minutes we got the answer we needed.

Of all our stays in The Western Cape, this was in our Top 2 (in over 109 stays). 7 mins to central Stellenbosch , near the beaches and only 25 mins to Cape Town. Right in the heart of the Winelands. The villa was immaculate with very clear and accommodating hosts. For a family of 4, we all had our own bedrooms with en suites and one of the largest pools in a private residence. Washer, dryer (which is rare), air conditioning and lots of open communal space. We loved in so much that we made an offer to the owners to purchase 😎. Do not hesitate to book this gorgeous villa in a secure neighbourhood. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

We loved our stay at Amalia’s place in Erinvale Golf Estate. It was squeaky clean (thanks to the lovely Lydia!) and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved how safe it was and the early morning walks around the golf course were just lovely! We also highly recommend the massages at the Erinvale hotel - so relaxing. All-in-all a lovely stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marlicia’s beautiful property in Franschhoek. It was super clean, very well appointed and a great location to explore this wonderful area. Marlicia was a wonderful host. She gave us lots of great recommendations and provided a few nice surprises when we arrived. She made us feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

We spent 2 weeks at Sebastian’s beautiful home - 8 adults and 4 kids ranging from 2 to 10 years of age. The views are incredible, the kids absolutely loved the hot tub - as did the adults! It’s a 10 minute walk to the promenade and also U was are super easy to get and very reliable. Kayla the house keeper was there every other day to clean the house and she was wonderful to chat to as well as a welcome help to keep the house clean. Sebastian does warn about the stairs so that was something to look out for with the little ones, but we managed fine - the house is set up well enough to be able to keep an eye ☺️ We would happy stay there again. We absolutely love Cape Town and Camps Bay in particular.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb, thanks to the outstanding hospitality shown by the host and the amazing housekeeper. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly attentive, providing useful recommendations and keeping me informed about the weather, which really helped me pack appropriately. Throughout my stay, they checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was very reassuring. The house itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated housekeeper who was not only accommodating but also exceptionally friendly. Very spacious I might add. Their efforts made the house feel like a home away from home. And then there was Sushi, the house cat, who added a special touch to the whole experience. Sushi was friendly and charming, always a joy to come back to after a day out. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a place where comfort and care are top priorities.

We are ten ladies who stayed 4 nights to take part in the Two Ocean’s marathon and enjoy Cape Town. The house had enough room for us all and we were very happy to be given the option of having two singles rather than King beds in some of the rooms. The views from the top balcony over the ocean are beautiful and the downstairs has a table for 10 and a great lounge area. Bonus was the coffee machine and well equipped kitchen. Having the housekeeper come every day was wonderful and he is efficient, helpful, discrete and friendly. The house is walkable down to the beach and bars and restaurants in Camps Bay. We couldn’t have had a more wonderful stay.
