Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Famara

Logement très propre et bien équipé, le salon n'est pas exactement face à l'océan mais la vue reste très agréable et on entend le bruit de la mer, la petite ville d'Arrieta est très jolie et authentique, bien loin des gros complexes hôteliers du Sud de l île, c'est donc très reposant. Judit est très réactive, accueillante, les explications fournies et les recommandations données sont parfaites. Je recommande vraiment ce logement, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Miguel, est un hôte parfait, disponible,accueillant et réactif. Un environnement sain, avec un studio très propre. Miguel, nous a fait plusieurs attentions appréciables, et nous a expliqué toutes les activités et restaurations possibles sur l’île. C’est un grand passionné de Lanzarote. Tout est disponible dans le studio, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Miguel est une personne attachante que l’on recommande au plus haut point. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir le voir.

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay, the apartment is extremely clean and well presented. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. IIona was really helpful from start to finish, she met us for check in and showed us around. She was also really accommodating allowing us to check out later due to a late flight time, which was really appreciated. The apartment is well located close to the avenue, but still quiet really quiet. Will 100% be staying again. Thank you IIona.

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours chez Mariana, avec nos enfants de 2 et 4 ans. La maison est magnifique, avec vue sur la mer. L'endroit est calme et paisible, un magasin d'alimentation à proximité, la piscine chauffée et le lit extérieur vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. Des vacances de rêve

L'endroit est très bien situé à Famara, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie ! Calme et privé, l'appartement était d'une propreté impeccable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la réactivité et la gentillesse de Gustavo par message ainsi que les petites attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La terrasse avec vue était également un vrai plus pour prendre un petit-déjeuner et profiter de couchers de soleil magnifiques. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et serions ravis d'y revenir ! We loved Marta’s apartment which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were especially impressed by how friendly her neighbours were; always ready for a chat and recommending restaurants, etc, Matagorda was an ideal location for us; a great variety of restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches, easy walking to Carmen and bus stops.

El alojamiento es estupendo y la ubicación inmejorable. Cuenta con absolutamente todo lo necesario y la comunicación con Fátima impecable. Súper recomendable y sin duda, repito. Excelente alojamiento!

Wir haben uns in Dorothee‘s Kleinod wie zu Hause gefühlt . Es war genau wie beschrieben , nein , eigentlich noch schöner ! Durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet , hell und supersauber . Ein richtig schöner Außenbereich mit einem fantastischen Blick von der Terrasse auf den Arlantik ! Der richtige Ort , um die Seele baumeln zu lassen !! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

After having spent a few days in Teguise, where it was a bit chilly, we were glad to warm up in Playa Blanca. Jens' place was a lot of fun for the kids and we very much enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub. We appreciated that he changed the hot tub water between guests for sanitary reasons. The house is a short car ride to Playa Blanca an and the tourism construction in the immediate area is moving rapidly. The town could do better to clean up trash and debris and provide more welcoming walking paths. We were also not thrilled with the lack of cultural excursions and the general carnival-like atmosphere of Playa Blanca. This part of the island is much different and less "authentic" than Teguise for example. But with the ping pong, pool table, TVs in every room, plus the swimming and hot tub, the kids were happy to spend a lot of time just hanging around at Jens' place.

This spacious tastefully decorated villa comfortably accommodated all of us. We were 8 adults and one 4 year old child. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential road away from the traffic. We all enjoyed the heated pool which was kept safe by closing the patio doors. We enjoyed the top floor sun bathing area as well as the pool area. There was plenty of shade when we had had enough sun. We made full use of the cooking facilities, BBQ, washing machine and line, dishwasher. We could eat as a family both inside and poolside. The TV was set up so we could watch British channels including CBBs for the little one. There was parking space on the quiet road outside for our two hire cars. A useful key safe was installed at the front gate enabling all of us to gain access while keeping everything secure. There was a good supermarket(Dino) and excellent steak restaurant (La Bohemia) within a few minutes walk. Both the owner Yann and his local representative Bernard were helpful.

Während vier Wochen haben wir die Unterkunft Meeresbrise in Costa Teguise genossen. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch für Ausflüge, die Busshaltestelle ist in ein paar Schritten erreichbar, sicherer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und zum nächsten Sandstrand ist es ein kurzer Spatziergang . Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, perfekt eingerichtet mit sehr praktischer Küche. Maria und Oscar sind sehr angenehme Gastgeber, die Kommunikation wunderbar unkompliziert und unaufdringlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr still, der Garten der Anlage wird gepflegt und der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Auch der zweite Pool mit Salzwasser ist ein Genuss. Waschmaschine funktioniert bestens und Reinigungsmittel in Hülle und Fülle vorhaden. Der Supermercado ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Special Event Sintflut: Wir erlebten ein heftiger Regenguss bei dem in der Umgebung viele Lokale mit Überschwemmungen und Stromausfällen zu kämpfen hatten. Die Wohnung blieb absolut unversehrt. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles.

Super logement avec stationnement à proximité. Place accessible à pied et espace piscine agréable. L’eau était fraîche mais nous ne nous attendions pas à pouvoir nous baigner en mars, donc ce fut une agréable surprise. L’appartement était très propre et Paola est une hôte très réactive. Seul bémol, notre chambre se situait côté rue, au dessus des terrasses de restaurant, donc pas mal de bruit en soirée. Cela ne nous a pas beaucoup dérangé mais pourrait freiner des personnes au sommeil léger. Je recommande tout de même ce logement.

We have visited Puerto del Carmen about 8 times in the last 10 years and, having stayed at Adrian s apartment in 2023, still think that it is the best accommodation for our needs. Quiet neighbourhood but only 5 minutes walk to the promenade, where you can catch a bus to other parts of the island. Good-sized apartment on first floor with balcony overlooking the pool. Obviously some steps (about 15) to access the apartment.

We experienced exactly what we wanted. We had a well-equipped, quiet and clean space in which to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lanzarote.

Great place to stay in Playa Blanca. Easy to find and great location for the sea front and restaurants. It was very peaceful. The bungalow was just as described and very clean. It is well equipped to have meals in and has a great little bbq. Gabriele sent very clear and easy to follow instructions on how to find the place and check in. He also gave some great recommendations on places to eat and visit. Would highly recommend.

El apartamento es un placer, tiene un parking enorme súper cerca, un supermercado a media cuadra y sentarse en el salón es casi como sentarse en el mar. Lo disfrutamos muchísimo!

I would give 10 starts. The picture doesn’t make justice to how nice the bungalow is. The finishing, the natural light, how spacious is, big beds and good shower, the floor is fresh, pleasant and easy to keep clean, you can feel that she has put a lot of care to make the place cozy and with unnecessary stuff, all well thought. I was expecting something less than the pictures, usually they put nice shots that fell short, not in Susi’s, it really was superb. She also comunícate days before the booking to help with instructions, and was super responsive. The place made our trip extra enjoyable

Das Appartement in perfekter Lage ist wunderschön, ein Ort zur Entspannung und Erholung, Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Besonders schön ist die Aussicht mit Meerblick und der große Balkon ( mit Liegestühlen, Sessel, Stühlen, Tisch und Markise für ausreichend Schatten ). Mehrere Supermärkte fussläufig zu erreichen. Von Buchung bis zum einchecken und Betreuung vor Ort, war alles bestens und es wurde immer sehr schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank an Teresa und Paola !! Kleine Anmerkung: die Messer müssten geschärft werden.

Great place, easy check in. Lots to do nearby. Walkable to all the resturants and shops of Playa Blanca. 5 minute walk to lovely beach at Playa Flamingo. Accommodation had loads of space, big sitting room, kitchen/dinning area. Two good size bedrooms with lots of storage space. Kitchen had everything you needed although we only really had breakfast there. Lovely private garden terrace with lots of seating. Steps down to the pool which was always quiet. One day we had to share it with 2 others😂 Ignacio was always on it providing information. How to check in, directions from the airport and lots of recommendations for resturants and places to visit. He was also very quick to reply to any questions. Overall a lovely week away in a quiet setting with all you could need nearby.

Playa Marina is a very special place with the most incredible ocean breeze and adventurous landscape along the coastline. We visited when it was very windy and slightly sunny, and we liked the privacy of the area yet it wasn't too far from nearby towns. Ingvar was warm and friendly as well as very responsive. As soon as Ingvar showed and told us all we needed to know, we felt right at home. The space is just the right size for two people where we were able to wash our clothes and cook nice hot meals with enough tools and kitchen space. The pool was understandably cold but it was clean and a lot of fun being so close to the coastline. For the windier weather, it can be a bit loud at night but it is more peaceful than distracting. We would definitely think to visit again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Lanzarote, but make sure you have a car or some form of transport!
