Wonderful location, close to town. Had everything in the kitchen to enjoy thanksgiving with the whole family!! Definitely recommend and will rebook!!

The house was a perfect getaway for Thanksgiving! The kids enjoyed looking for crawdads in the creek, the playground, and yard for our Turkey Bowl. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. It was a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I were gathering together from 3 different states to one mountain cabin in Georgia. We found Beary Happy because it met our requirements. Upon arrival, it was much better than expected inside and out! Rainy times were not a problem because the home had plenty to keep us occupied while the resort had lots for us to do when tge sun shined. The property manager was very responsive and welcoming, providing us far more than we could have hoped for. We lacked nothing but groceries, which were nearby. The cabin was spotless and smelled fresh! We hope to go there again in the future and we thank you for hosting us.

Cottage was as advertised and much more!! From seeing deer’s in the morning and evening as well as the recreation center for some arcade fun. The locution was within short drives to winery’s. Downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge are also short drives for grate places to eat and shop. Definitely will be back!!!

It was an amazing weekend, seeing wildlife everywhere on property was so cool, game room was awesome, fire pit was very relaxing and peaceful, we want to come back in fall so we can watch football on the tv in the covered porch. The fireplace in the house was amazing. Mary and Dianne were amazing host, they really made us feel at home. The snacks they left were A+. We will definitely be staying at Mary and Dianne place again.

Our stay was great! There was 14 of us and the home was extremely accommodating for everyone. Plenty of space and great views just as advertised. I hope to book this home again in the future.

Our family had an amazing time! The house was spacious enough to comfortably fit us all. We love to cook and although we brought all our food and spices their kitchen also had everything extra we needed: Overall 5 stars!

Perfect location to meet up with friends at the lake campgrounds

This was an incredible location for a friend’s lowkey bachelorette trip. Not only were the views stunning, but the home itself was a dream! I wish we had longer than a weekend to enjoy the space. Everything in the house was well thought out and things were labelled so you knew where to put them. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Downtown Blue Ridge is not too far away and there’s a good horseback riding place nearby as well. I would book this place again in the future!

Little oasis from home! Looking to disconnect and reconnect with loved ones? This is the place for you! Beautiful wildlife sightings. Cute rock garden that you get to add to yourself. So many thoughtful touches went into creating hamby cottage. Plenty of books and games to choose from to read with or play with your family. Only 1 hr from Helen GA. Vogel park has beautiful waterfalls, so does water’s creek falls. Don’t miss out on seeing the Dixie chicks, and getting some fresh farm eggs and a homemade loaf of bread! Such a sweet touch that goes the extra mile! Definitely take a night and stargaze behind the cottage. Everything was so peaceful. This was the perfect romantic getaway for our first anniversary. Looking forward to booking again!

Creekside Cabin was a great place to stay. Peaceful area and the cabin was very beautiful inside and comfortable to stay in. Clean all around. Staff very responsive.

Absolutely loved this rental and would book it again for a longer stay. Great little town with lots to do and I’m sure the place is hopping in the spring and summer. I’d only suggest a fire pit and a hot tub!

beautiful location. Near plenty of hiking locations. downtown like 10 mins away. Secluded and enough space for plenty of friends but nobody had an issue finding the place. would definitely book again

The house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location is extremely private and the creek in the back is a wonderful part of the stay. We very much enjoyed the home and it had everything that we needed for cooking and relaxing. The game table and extra TV in the game room was very nice to have! Our only complaint is that several of the attractions are closed during the week during this season, so we were not able to take advantage of all the local recommendations from the property manager. We did however enjoy horseback riding, gem mining and the zipline for my older son (Rockwall activity not available for younger children this time of year). Highly recommend the property itself though as it was very lovely. Please be mindful of the very narrow and hilly road to get to the house. Not an issue with a truck but must drive very slowly.

My family and I visited the cabin for a long weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the check-in process. We even received a message about checking in early. The kitchen was clean. There was coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as some seasonings that we could use. All dishes and utensils were easy to find. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very well put together. The beds were comfortable and the master bedroom exceeded my expectations. There was a wraparound patio and a door from the master bedroom that led to it. This was a really nice touch. The basement had a nice size kids area and some family style games. Everyone enjoyed those. There was a fire pit and a Jacuzzi outside we use the fire pit nightly. We did have to stop by the local Walmart, which was not far to get some wood. Initially, there was an issue with the Internet, but I was able to reach out and resolve it within an hour. I definitely appreciated the quick response. I would definitely revisit this locatio

This home is amazing we had a couples valentine trip and everything was the same as the photos great place to spend time with family and friends get to know each other cooking and games are a must have the view is beautiful and lots of space to enjoy we love it and our host great communication and problem solving and the pancake and syrup was there as in the description we will book again

Great spot for a family getaway. Our young family enjoyed all the comforts that Olga and Ron added to Farm Charm. The hot tub and porch view were the highlights. The fire-pit and swings were fun at night. We saw cows in different surrounding pastures throughout the day, and even deer one morning. It is very quiet and peaceful there. The house was well stocked with blankets, toiletries, kitchen essentials, firewood, s’mores sticks, etc… The open common area was great for keeping the family all together, puzzling at the big table, and watching the smart tv on the plentiful comfy couches. There were outlet covers in place and an audible ring door sensor which kept us comfortable with some extra safety with our littlest one. Olga and Ron were very easy to get in touch with and extremely timely in responding. They were very flexible when we had to change our arrival date at the last minute due to weather. Book Farm Charm now! It’s so unique and an unforgettable, relaxing place.

Tiffany was great !! She was very friendly and nice… answered my phone call and text quickly. The cabin was beautiful and very well equipped and furnished. Can’t wait to visit again !!

Amazing home, very comfortable. It was decorated with a cool music vibe . Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Loved the remodeled shower and main bath. Only thing I would recommend would be a coffee bar for early morning people. I thought the train would have been an issue, but we didn’t really even hear it! I will recommend to my friends and family.

We had a great stay at this mountain getaway! It was in a great location halfway between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. It felt private but not too far out of the way. The driveway is steep but paved which was great! The steep driveway resulted in beautiful views from the house. Kevin was very communicative before and during our trip. The house was very clean and felt cozy. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again soon. Some recommendations for the area - Tumbling Waters trail, The Roof (for dinner) in Ellijay, and Mountain Mama’s coffee (for coffee & breakfast) in Blue Ridge.

We had a wonderful time. Quiet and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful. They had to have had fun decorating the place. The place is so cool.
