Beautiful place, gorgeous views very cozy and comfy kitchen very well stocked with cookware and utensils fantastic place for big group. Lots of space secluded in the country.

Leonard is a small little old town just north or Dallas. We attended a wedding at the Grand Ivory and this location could not have been better. Just a 5-8 minute drive to the venue. The home is beautiful and the host could not have been more accommodating and her response time was the best I have ever had. It was well stocked, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. We could only HIGHLY recommend this home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Amy for everything, we really appreciated you welcoming us to your home. The Burke Family

Where do I begin. This place is so peaceful and quiet area for a great getaway. I have a 1 and 4 year old so I was a little unsure of this but after arriving they were loving everything about it. It’s so open to play with the kids and the barn is our favorite spot. We can cook on the grill while the kids play games and watch tv. We had so many things to do while we were there from playing in the barn, watching movies, making s’mores on the bonfire, and walking on the trails. We went to the next town about 20 minutes away to the Safari Park. It was wonderful to see all sorts of animals of fun animals like kangaroos and giraffes. Hot tub was also a blast for us and the kids. Very safe environment! We plan to come back and explore again next year!

First of all this place was a blessing to find cause we needed a place that could sleep more than 10 people and would allow dogs - we rented it for guests to stay in while attending daughters wedding which was in the same town as Airbnb. We were fortunate to get this. Any issue we had Host was right on it and had it taken care of right away. We are grateful to the host for his quick responses and for assistance with a place to deal with our wedding stuff at no extra charge. The ranch is secluded down a long dirt road and private. Beautiful views. Close to Leonard and to the wedding venue. This is something the host has no control of but the roads are dirt and not well graveled and we had rain and a lot of mud to deal with … it did dry up some in a couple days and was much better! Loved our stay and Host! Thank you Rajani for making this a great option for us! We won’t forget it!!

Beautiful home on a peaceful lake. Great place to relax, go fishing and enjoy the surrounding area!

The house was much more spacious than the photos. The living room, kitchen and the game rooms were a wonderful space to hangout. The master had an office attached. And that rom with master bath and an office was a really very spacious. The master bath tub’s drain plug did not seal. Our party enjoyed the hot tub & the pool table. It was a good stay all over.

Mandy was very helpful and answered all of our questions/ requests quickly. Would definitely recommend staying with her again.

I had a great time at this cabin. It had a great location to access both Lake Bois D’Arc and Lake Bonham. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Great place to stay for a nice getaway. Host was absolutely amazing especially with allowing to fish the pond. Planning to make this place a yearly trip!
