Very clean place in a walkable location to lots of events and restaurants (we do like to walk though so I realize this is relative). It was great to be able to bring the dogs with us, thanks for hosting pets as well!

Claire and the place are great. I’ve stayed in these Airbnbs for three straight years for an annual conference. Always easy and affordable with great food and access to UK. She was super responsive and flexible to a mistake I made in booking, allowing me to rebook quickly and effortlessly.

great location in lextington near a lot of places and downtown is really walkable from wesley’s place. loved the space and it’s size. was so surprised by how big it was would highly recommend this bnb to anyone visiting lexington!

The place was perfect for staying a few nights in Lexington. It is in walking distance to pretty much everything, including the Rupp Arena. My only real complaint is that it was a bit difficult to set up the TV but Claire responded quickly and was very helpful.

Easy check in and just as described! The place was cozy and comfortable with a quick commute to Kroger Field. Host provided detailed instructions that made our stay a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

A great location close to Rupp arena and a quick uber ride to downtown Lexington bars and restaurants. Easy drive to several of the most popular distilleries. The property is newer and was extremely clean. There was a great smart TV and a Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. The primary bathroom was very large and well appointed. The second full bath is also nice. Plenty of towels and extra blankets and toilet paper/paper towels were provided. Easy access to the building and the unit itself. It is worth noting that the second bedroom does have a “window” towards the ceiling that has no glass and is open to the living room. There were two couples traveling together for our stay. We were hardly there (busy visiting distilleries and hanging out downtown) and when we were, we were all sleeping and up at the same time in the mornings so it wasn’t an issue for us but worth noting.

Claire was very responsive and the place is beautiful and ADA friendly with an elevator and wide doorways. Would definitely stay at this property again if we return to this area.

My husband and I headed to Lexington to visit our daughter who is a student at the University of Kentucky. 175 LEX was the perfect spot for us! It is close to the campus and walkable to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the washer & dryer was a plus! Claire was communicative and helpful. I realized soon after making our reservation that I had our check out day wrong. I messaged Claire and she got me sorted out within minutes. We visit the area often and will definitely book with Claire again!

Nice space. Lots of room, great location. Easy in and easy out! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

If the bed was replaced this place would be soooo improved. The bed runs on the small side, but the mattress was so unpleasant. The neighborhood is a little on the tough side. But the parking lot is private and we didn’t have any issues. But be mindful it’s not in the greatest area.

Very great place in a great location

Central location for downtown, UK, and Transy. Clean and comfortable stay in a well decorated condo. A number of restaurants nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows- the bed linens were all new as well. The living room TV was a bonus!

A great place to stay if you want to be close to Rupp and/or downtown. The place is just as it shows in the pictures. I only have two small complaints/suggestions. The lobby of the complex seems to be in a state of disrepair and is very poorly lit at night. Not a very welcoming entry at night. Secondly, I was not able to adjust the thermostat. Seemed to be a problem with the nest control. Other than these small things, the place is great and I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Lexington! Super convenient location - so close to downtown and were able to easily get to Keeneland (purpose of the stay). Ran into a small hiccup when checking in as the code to the door lock didn't work, but David was super responsive and got us in within seconds! Enjoyed the rooftop terrace too. One thing to note, the place has its own parking garage in the building which is very convenient because you get two spots to park in, but the garage is really small so I'd recommend planning to park a sedan/small car in the space. We were very close to not being able to park our truck in the garage due to tight squeeze. Great stay in the city though!
