We have stayed at the other place Allan has and really enjoyed this one as well. The location of the apartment is great and there are so many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a close walking distance. The elevator made it easy to get all of our luggage up to the top floor with our 2 kids, which we really appreciated! Allan and Paulina were very responsive to any questions we had. The folder with all of the check in information had some great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and open and worked great for our family. We look forward to making another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We spent a most enjoyable week and Elik was very friendly and flexible with our arrival and departure plans. The apartment is situated in an interior courtyard and totally protected from any noise from the street. It had everything we needed (apart from some extra leg-room in the bathroom!) and was very clean and tidy. Nearby there are several cafes, restaurants and supermarkets plus an excellent beer garden across the street. Transport connections are also excellent with two U-Bahn stations, an S-Bahn station and bus stops within a 5 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this apartment for short or longer stays in Berlin.

The location is perfect for cafes, restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit or catch a train for part of the journey or we could have used the trams. It's a lovely peaceful neighbourhood to come back to after a busy day in the more touristy areas. The apartment is spacious and light, very clean and just as described. We loved looking out at the tree from the front of the apartment. On arrival Martina let us leave our suitcases while she cleaned the apartment which was really helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Berlin.

We had a great stay! The studio looks exactly like on the pictures. It is very conveniently located, in a quiet neighborhood, near the U-Bahn station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The bar and restaurant recommendations were really helpful. Definitely a great place to stay at if you're visiting Berlin!

schöne Ferienanlage

Very nice apartment in a quiet place. All was like on pictures. The owner answered quickly and solved problems immediately if needed. Only minus - apartment is far from the supermarkets, but it's easy to get there by bus , which comes every hour on one direction ( to the centre ), and once per hour to other direction ( main rail/bus station). But you can find supermarkets in both directions, so it's not big problem. Me and my son felt ourselves in this apartment like at home. We like it and happy that we lived there for one month. Highly recommended owner and apartment.

Christian und Angela waren sehr gute Gastgeber. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt und das obwohl wir uns nicht persönlich nicht Kennenlernen konnten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen was genau unseren Vorstellungen von Urlaub entspricht. Für Ausflüge haben die beiden eine Info-Mappe erstellt in dem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten aufgelistet sind. Das hat uns besonders gut gefallen, da hier für jeden etwas dabei ist. Vielen Dank dass wir bei euch unterkommen durften. Gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay in Heidi’s apartment. It was a very peaceful, cosy space, and the furnishings were very stylish! We went for walks around the local lakes which were beautiful and very peaceful. We would love to stay again soon!

We love Prenzlauerberg and it’s houses of older Berlin with tall ceilings. Bright apartments. It was very comfortable to live in and felt like home. Thank you for having us as guests.

Simon war immer schnell erreichbar und freundlich. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und die U- Bahn ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Betten waren so bequem, die Bettwäsche kuschelig, so daß ich immer gleich eingeschlafen bin 😄 Sehr schön eingerichtet und mit Blick auf einen kleinen Innengarten. Ich würde wieder kommen!

Das Apartment liegt so ruhig an der „Alten Oder“ und ist von Feldern umgeben. Selbst die Mäharbeiten, für diese Jahreszeit üblich, haben nicht gestört… Livia und ihr Mann sind super freundlich und interessiert. Sie freuen sich, wenn man mit ihnen abends zusammen sitzt, sind aber auch absolut respektvoll wenn man einfach mal seine Auszeit alleine genießen möchte. Das Apartment ist ein absoluter Hingucker mitten in Brandenburg. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir kommen wieder.

Paulina's flat was very clean, spacious, cozy and in walking distance from shops / restaurants etc. All instructions were clear, Pauline is very helpful. I would highly recommend! thank you.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Check-in war reibungslos mit Schlüsselbox. Wir konnten nach Absprache sogar etwas früher Rein. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage war Perfekt (Direkt an der Promenade) Uns hat eigentlich nur der Toaster in der Küche gefehlt, und für mich und meiner Frau war das Bett zu Hart. Wir kommen gerne wieder. wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet und der Ausblick ist spektakulär. Das Bett ist bequem, es sind mehr als genug Handtücher vorhanden, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen: Supermarkt, Restaurants, Einkaufszentrum alles in Laufweite. Schwimmbad mit Saunen und Dachterrasse runden den Urlaub ideal ab. Auch einen Parkplatz haben wir problemlos vor der Unterkunft gefunden.

Ich kann nichts schlechtes über diese Unterkunft sagen. Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir hatten einige erholsame Tage. Gern wieder

Beautiful spot. Cosy and welcoming. Great kitchen with all items and utensils needed to cook for a few people. We had a great time in the sauna and beautiful walks around the lake. Comfortable beds and cosy soft sofas.

Renata, sowie auch ihre Mama sind suuuper freundlich ! :) auf Nachrichten wurde schnellstmöglich reagiert und für alles wurde eine passende Lösung gefunden! die Unterkunft ist top, da gibt es gar nichts zu bemängeln - tolle Lage und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt.
