NOTE: A neighbouring house is under construction. It does not affect the unit view however as the work they do is carried out during standard New Zealand working hours and may cause some daytime noise in the surrounding area or partial road blockages. Our rates have already been adjusted to reflect this, and we appreciate your understanding as the area undergoes improvements. Please note that no further compensation not will be provided.

Our peaceful, private apartment is conveniently placed. It is close to town, yet far enough away to feel out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre. You will have sole use of the apartment. As well as a very comfortable living space, there is a lovely, private front deck with amazing views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkable Mountains - perfect for your morning coffee or pre dinner drinks. A carpark is included under a carport.

Right on the lake esplanade you are a 2 minute flat walk and you're right in town! Located directly opposite St Omer’s Park with a children’s playground this location is rare and hard to beat. The apartment interior is modern and stylish with premium linen and all the luxurious extras. You have uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains and meters away from restaurants, shops & nightlife that Queenstown is renowned for.

Lake Views On Sunrise Lane

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.
