African Olive Country Estate, is a privately owned establishment situated a mere 1 km from Parys town centre on tarred road. The estate, a working farm forms part of the gateway to the Domeland - the Vredefort Dome World Heritage site. African Olive Country is conveniently close to Parys Town and all establishments along the Kopjieskraal road and the banks of the Vaal River.

It's a 3-bedroom house on the farm 20 minutes from Parys. The house has a porch where you can enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset. In Parys, you can play golf or window shop. Alternatively, you can stay on the farm, drive a tractor or bottle feed the lambs. In Vredefort you will find a lovely pub with “Boerekos”. Please note that it's an old house and that there will be dust. So, if you don't mind the winds and a little dust, come and relax, have some wine and enjoy your stay.

Your hosts, Jan and Carla, stay on farm Draaihoek, next to Sardaville with their four children. Sardaville's Bergvilla has a neat, country interior. The 900 h farm allows for gorgeous views with a wide variety of gazelles and buck to appreciate. Fishing dams - one located just behind the villa.
