What a find! Located in tiny Glenfarg, this was a highlight on our trip. Chris was a very nice and responsive hosts, and you get to share the space with his father Jim, who is truly one of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. A true gem. The space was also very clean and comfortable, it really felt like home. On top of all that, the townspeople were all extremely friendly, with some even inviting us to their back garden for pints. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay!

Karen and Bruce were incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts during my stay with my daughter. The suite was very attractive and comfortable, with a pleasantly powerful shower. It's a short walk from the city center in a residential area, so not the kind of thing you'd pick if your preference is to walk out your door to find places for going out for breakfast. But better yet, they provide breakfast for free, overlooking a beautiful and peaceful garden.

Ideal place to stay whilst walking the Fife Coastal Path. Bill and Anne are very welcoming and accommodating hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Tracy und David sind absolut liebe und freundliche Gastgeber. Besonders ihre Hündin haben wir ins Herz geschlossen. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich mit Ausblick auf eine Kuhweide. Der Blick beim Frühstück war atemberaubend. Das Frühstück selbst lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig umgeben von Wiesen und Weiden auf einem Berg mit Blick ins Tal. Da die Unterkunft etwas abseits ist, war die Wegbeschreibung etwas komplizierter. Mit Tracy’s Anweisungen aber sehr gut zu finden. Alles in allem ein liebevolles Zuhause und sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Jederzeit wieder!

Moira and Stuart were friendly welcoming hosts and we had a very comfortable stay in their lovely home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was lovely coming back to a comfy bed and a good night's sleep after a busy wedding. Moira prepared a lovely breakfast for us each morning. We were given good advice about a lovely riverside walk into St Andrews.

Lidsay was warm and welcoming even before I arrived. I felt at home in the space which was spotless. The breakfast and snack options were lovely and always there whenever I needed. If ever I needed a place to stay in Kinross again this would be first on my list.

Very nice stay within walking distance of St.Andrews. Our room had a gorgeous view, instructions to get in were clear and the host was responsive to question. We had a very relaxing stay and loved the provided breakfast options!

Janet was an excellent host, super friendly and helpful, had some great advice and suggestions for us. Beautiful home and relaxing stay, everything was nice and clean, the foodstuffs provided were much appreciated too.

What can I say, we found a gem and that was Matt! He is the perfect host, wonderful warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, he is passionate about where he lives and local knowledge is perfect for those who are new to the area. His accommodation is stunning, his passion for renovating the property to be as authentic as possible shines through, it was beautiful. The garden is just stunning! The accommodation is near all the amenities, beautiful park nearby, quiet and extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend staying and we will definitely return!

Wonderful place and lovely host and good communication. The location is great with lots of places nearby to visit, only thing about the property is that the mattresses are a bit old and not very comfy

I stayed at the Giddy Limit for a couple of nights before my wedding and it was the perfect location to get ready! The apartment is in a beautiful house and gardens, has loads of natural night and even a view to the loch from the balcony. Evelyn was extremely communicative and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Great place with easy access to local things to do and see.

Jamie made sure we were welcomed into the house and gave us hints and tips for the local area. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived (start of the season niggles) but he had a sparky and plumber on site immediately. The house is a great location and Elie is so chilled with great places to eat and central for day trips to other beautiful villages such as Crail and Anstruther. The main living area works so well with kitchen, dining table and lounge area all together plus enough comfy seating for 8 to 10 people (a major failing in many houses with 4 or 5 beds). We all loved our time there

We spent a very comfortable and relaxing time at Sue's place. The perfect host. The guest area is self contained and provided everything we needed and breakfast in the morning got us off to a good start. The Inn at Kingsbarns serves great food and the coastal walk is close by so both are definitely worth visiting.

David’s apartment is even better than his description. Wow! You can’t beat staying in a castle with your own private apartment. David is such a good host that he made us feel like a king and a queen in our own castle. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. My wife and I highly recommend David’s place.

Great host, immaculate space that matched description, very friendly, flexible and accommodating. Perfect location quite near the city centre with good transport links. First time using Air BnB and if everyone is half as good as Sheila was, will not be the last! Super value with me lucky to get this as a last minute option to stay in St Andrews over a busy weekend there!

Great one night stay. Charming little cottage! Quiet, peaceful, warm, has everything you need and a wonderful place for country walks among the beautiful farms. The breakfast was five star and Rosemary was a very friendly and kind host. will have to come back for a longer stay.

The perfect little cottage within walking distance to everything! And John was the perfect host! His entire family worked as a team to insure our stay was amazing. They communicated well, always had great recommendations, and provided everything we could possibly need. This cottage is so close to EVERYTHING! I can’t stress this enough. There’s a GREAT restaurant, quaint little shops, a bakery, a convenience store, local attractions, etc. literally across the street. And I’ll add, while the cottage is central to everything, just off the main road, it’s sooooo quiet. You can’t go wrong booking John’s place!

Another wonderful stay at South Kinaldy House with Sheila and Thomas! Sheila consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests, making us feeling more like friends vs. guests. Dropping off a daughter at uni while traveling from afar can be quite tough - but staying in Sheila & Thomas’ lovely home makes things so much easier. Her friendly demeanor, beautiful home and gardens, and willingness to help us in many different ways truly sets this stay apart. Thank you Sheila & Thomas for making our stay in St. Andrews delightful yet again!
