We've renovated to a high standard ensuring comfort and practicality. A cosy welcoming haven in a quiet seaside village, highly recommended to anyone seeking some relaxation. Findhorn offers life at a slower pace surrounded by warm friendly people and Dilkusha offers easy walking access to the waterfront/local amenities.

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Bluebell is a charming bright ground floor two bedroom flat furnished to a high standard. The flat comes with some home comforts for your stay in the Scottish Highlands. Bluebell has a smart kitchen, living and dining area where you can prepare your favourite meal or bake a cake and then relax on two comfortable sofas and watch your favourite shows on a SMART TV. The Presbytery is a private holiday home in central Forres, sitting opposite Grant park, Cluny hill and Sanqhuar woodlands. This traditional house offers comfortable accommodation for up to four adults and two children, including private garden and off road parking. The house is located five minutes from Findhorn Bay and the beautiful Moray Coast beaches and fifty minutes from the ski resorts of Aviemore and the Lecht. An ideal base to explore Moray, Speyside, Inverness and the Cairngorms.

My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.
