Recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath villa with large balcony! This second story unit of a waterfront complex is a 3-minute walk to the beach off of Port Royal Sound. Guests can access 2 outdoor pools, a hot tub, 1 indoor pool, sauna, gym, tennis courts, and multiple grilling areas. Located in a quiet, beautifully landscaped part of Hilton Head island. Rental is equipped with high-speed wifi and perfectly set up for remote work! Cable, a wet bar, and a fully stocked kitchen are also provided.

This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
