Welcome to our ground floor light & modern 1-bed flat with its own front door,off road parking space & small private patio. It’s on a quiet no through lane, close to Newquay town centre and beaches. A footpath runs from the lane across the golf course to fistral beach 450m away. Nearby Fistral complex, Fore Street and the Harbour all have excellent restaurants and cafes. Newquay Harbour, Newquay Town and all amenities are all within a short walking distance. Pull up and park in your own private parking space and there really is no need to move your car again!

The open plan lounge which includes the kitchen has an ‘A’ frame roof with Veluxes, a 49 inch TV and bifold doors leading to a decking area. The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with 100% cotton bedding.

Apartment is luxuriously furnished and equipped, with on site parking. Individually decorated in bright and fresh blues and greens, apt offers open plan living spaces with fully equipped and contemporary kitchen with balcony. Rooms have super king size beds, bed can also be split into twin beds in 2nd bedroom. It's perfect space for beach holiday!
