The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

Huset ligger 600m fra trafikkert vei, så det er veldig stille. Oppleves som veldig idyllisk. Et perfekt sted hvis man ønsker en avslappende ferie.

In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.

Allt av den gamla charmen och dess ursprung är omhändertaget med stor omsorg. Här finns två hus att hyra i olika kombinationer. Husen är smakfullt inredda med hög standard och ligger i strandkanten med egen brygga och sjöbod. Där finns också bastu att hyra för 1000kr.

Hus med fem bäddar på vackra Lyrön

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
