We spent 2 beautiful weeks in Khem´s and Chany´s spacious beach villa in Mauritian style. Perfectly located directly on a very calm and clean beach that invites for long beach walks. An amazing view from the balcony. A very friendly host that supported us in organising everything including an adventurous boat trip. We will definitely come back. We can recommend two restaurants close by: the restaurant of the "Attitude Fridays Hotel" 5min walk along the beach and "Chez Tino" 5 min by taxi in Trou d´eau douce for Mauritian specialties and international kitchen. Both are kids friendly.

Very nice & comfortable place, reflects the pictures. Beautiful pool and beach with decent corals just in front. Responsive & helpful property manager. Maid service included, lovely & communicative young woman. Not any fault of the property, but we didn’t realize area does not offer much beyond proximity to Bras d’eau and Flacq. Hard to find a (very) good restaurant beyond the resorts.

A lovely apartment just off the beach in very quiet and private surroundings. 13 nights and rarely saw anyone else. Very close to the beach and with a communal pool which we almost always had to ourselves we couldn’t ask for better. The apartment has just about everything we needed. A car is needed to make the most of the location and having a reserved parking space is useful. Ashvin provides security and is a great help. He provided some super suggestions for local restaurants and was always friendly and amenable. We’re already thinking that this is where we’d like to stay when we plan to holiday in Mauritius in 2026.

Sonia est une excellente hôte. Elle nous a accueillis avec un dîner. Elle nous a donné de très bons conseils tout au long du séjour. L’appartement est superbe et idéalement situé, au bord d'une plage privée bordant un grand lagon. Tout simplement magnifique !

Une vue époustouflante, avec la piscine à débordement c’est exceptionnel. Le airbnb est très grand, et c’est un vrai spot de snorkling, nous avons vu énormément de poissons ! Le vrai + : le restaurant de l’hôtel d’à coté accueille les non résidents et propose un excellent déjeuner

Excellent séjour, Ravi s’est montré disponible et arrangeant. Le logement correspondait exactement à la description et était propre et bien entretenu. Très belles vacances!

Luxorious apartment with nice view to the sea. Apartment is in excellent condition with very nice, modern furnitures. Many resorts close by with variety of high level restaurants just within a few minutes walk. Belle Mare beach is a very long sandy beach, where you can do many different water sports. It is also nice to walk/jog along the sea shore.

Inoubliable séjour dans un lieu magique!!! La maison est parfaite, l endroit est idyllique avec la plage sublime… et surtout Yolanda qui est une belle personne, d une gentillesse incroyable. Elle organise tout, n hésitez pas à lui demander de réserver la sortie bateau pour les 5 îles.. journée géniale avec un skipper adorable et que dire de la préparation des repas… nous n avons pas regretté d avoir choisi l’option Airbnb plutôt que ces hôtels impersonnels … merci à Julien pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité. N hésitez surtout pas , ce lieu est magique et emprunt de quiétude à l image de cette île et des mauriciens!

The villa is a slice of heaven and our only regret is that we didn't stay there longer. The place is exactly like in the pictures in a beautiful location that isn't touristy but located close to many hotels if you want to eat out, and also a walk away from the village. We will never forget the changing colours and moods of the sea we experienced from the deck. What made it even more special was the warmth and responsiveness of Vincent, who was very friendly and full of suggestions and ideas of things to do, places to eat and explore and Asha, the caretaker and her lovely family! They made us feel at home from the get go and Nisha, Asha's daughter has her own taxi and is a perfect person to plan your trips with across the island if you do not have your own car. We highly recommend her services and suggest you discuss tour options with her. Overall, we have already made such great memories from our time here and highly recommend Vincent's place to anyone reading this! We will be back!

Die Villa liegt wunderschön an einem Privatstrand mit eigenem Zugang. die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Seedev ist eine entzückende Gastgeberin, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar war. Es war wie Urlaub bei Freunden. Eine grosse Empfehlung!!!

Une belle adresse pour découvrir la côte Est de Maurice. La maison est acceuillante et à proximité immédiate d'une jolie plage intimiste. Toutes les commodités à proximité et un coup de main très appréciable de Jacqueline pour le ménage. A réserver sans hésiter

Extraordinaire !!! Tout était absolument parfait. La plage, plus belle encore que dans nos rêves, nous a offert des instants magiques, seuls au monde dans un cadre paradisiaque. Dès les préparatifs jusqu’à la fin du séjour, Natasha a été d’une efficacité et d’une bienveillance remarquables, toujours disponible et attentionnée. La villa est sublime, décorée avec goût, très propre, et parfaitement équipée. Tout est pensé pour le confort de chacun, même pour les plus petits (chaise haute, berceau, jeux, livres…). Chaque espace permet à 10 personnes de profiter pleinement tout en gardant leur indépendance. Mention spéciale aux deux femmes de ménage, adorables et discrètes, et aux repas maison (du petit-déj au dîner), préparés selon nos envies – un vrai luxe. Nous avons vécu des vacances formidables. Difficile de repartir… mais une chose est sûre, nous reviendrons très vite!

Appartamento nuovissimo in una via semiprivata, al termine di una strada secondaria molto stretta e dove le macchine faticano a passare. Vicinissimo all'imbarcedero delle uscite in barca per ile aux cerfs e le isole del sud est. Arredamento bellissimo e nuovo, spazi molto ampi, in particolare super bagno. Cucina abbastanza fornita, bel terrazzo dove stare nelle notti più fresche. Unica vera pecca l'assenza di aria condizionata nel salotto/cucina, che risulta caldo a livelli esagerati. C'è un ventilatore che aiuta ma non sostituisce l'aria condizionata: o si sta al fresco in camera oppure sul terrazzo, ma è l'unico vero difetto della casa. Nel complesso consigliatissimo soprattutto per un gruppo di 4 persone. David, l'host, molto disponibile, reattivo nelle risposte, cordiale e abbiamo molto apprezzato che ci abbia aiutato a trovare una soluzione all'ultimo secondo per la gita in barca. Consigliatissimo

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Nicolas ou règne une atmosphère d authenticité avec un ensemble de meubles en bois. Notre arrivée étant un dimanche, il nous a organisé un repas ainsi que quelques aliments de base pour notre première nuit. Il nous a accueillit chaleureusement et présenté l'ensemble des services de la maison. Celle ci est à quelque pas d'une magnifique plage de sable fin. La piscine avec bouée a été très appréciés jusqu'à tard dans la nuit . Autre service proposé, les repas locaux de Jacqueline, nous recommandons vivement. Ils sont très bons. L équipement de la cuisine est également très complet pour cuisiner Pas d'inconvénient identifié, tout était parfait pour nous(famille avec enfants)

Une super maison, avec 3 grandes chambres , une piscine et tout ça à quelques mètres de la plage. Ce n'est pas la plus belle plage de Maurice mais vous pouvez tout de même observer de jolis poissons à une centaine de mètres devant (vous avez pieds même à 100m) Caroline est très sympathique et vous réserve le meilleur des accueils. Je vous conseille l'excellent restaurant "la maison d'été" à seulement 3 minutes en voiture (vue superbe sur le lagon) Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cette demeure, je recommande !

From the moment we booked to arriving, Ambroise and his gf Andre where the perfect hosts and so welcoming. The apartment is exactly as the photos if not better and we were so pleased to spend 3 weeks there. We felt at home and very safe esp with the guard dogs around at night which were so obedient but liked a fuss and play too when allowed. They did not enter our private area. The kitchen, bathroom separate toilet where all like new and very clean. Denis our recommendation for taxi driver collected us at the airport as arranged with Ambroise and also several trips around the island to visit various spots. However it was Ganesh that made our holiday so special with his daily friendly visits to clean and sometimes chat if time. He also offered to pick up food items and made us several Mauritius meals for a small charge. We thoroughly enjoyed using the kayaks as well as snorkeling a few paces from the apartment in the lagoon. Swimming was possible in the lagoon with watershoes. 5*

We had a lovely stay at Guy’s place, beautiful position looking out over the sea and just a few minutes walk to a couple of restaurants. We enjoyed the pool after we had been out sightseeing in the car.Trou Aux Biches about 15 minutes walk but we drove and parked near the supermarket, a lovely beach and plenty of fish to sea when snorkelling. The only negatives …The beds were a bit firm for our liking and we couldn’t see any sunsets due to the apartment facing north west, other than that a very enjoyable week

Le logement de Geoffray est très agréable, propre, au calme et très bien situé. Vous avez la plage de bain bœuf à 2 minutes à pieds, le winners pour vos courses à 2 minutes en voitures et si vous avez peur d’être dépaysé un Super U à grand baie à 20 minutes de voiture à peine. Nous avons été accueilli par Myrella la maman de Geoffray qui est adorable. Tout c’est très bien passé et Geoffray reste disponible et réactif dès que nous on avons eu besoin. Nous aurions aimé prolonger notre séjour dans le nord juste pour ça mais le sud nous appel.

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans l'appartement de Devi et tout a été parfait de notre arrivée à notre départ. L'appartement est moderne, lumineux, fonctionnel, sécurisé et hyper propre. Devi est une magnifique personne, accueillante, prévenante, généreuse qui se soucie du bien être de ses hôtes ainsi qu'hyper réactive en cas de problème. Nous ne pouvons que vivement recommander l'appartement de Devi. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous vous conseillons de louer une voiture pour explorer l'île. Encore merci Devi pour votre hospitalité !

Nous étions ravis de l'appartement, situé dans une résidence sécurisée. L'appartement est très bien ainsi que la piscine de la résidence.

Das Appartment war traumhaft. Besser als auf den Bildern. Wie im Paradies. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto sind Supermärkte und Restaurants erreichbar. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche kann man aber auch wunderbar selbst kochen. Besonderes Plus: 3 mal pro Woche wird gereinigt. Luxus! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans le logement de Béatrice. Ce logement est très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les petits plus bien appréciables : la literie, la piscine, la plage à proximité, résidence paisible, … Je recommande vivement ce logement, nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est parfait, idéalement situé, il n’y a aucun bémol. Sabrina est extrêmement sympathique et les échanges avec elle ont été très agréables. Je recommande sans hésitation, nous espérons revenir. 🤞🏼
