In the gated backyard you will find a screened in gazebo, picnic table, Propane Grill, firepit & 6 chairs. Guest Shed has 5 Beach bikes, Cornhole & all the beach items you will need with 6 beach chairs, rolling beach cart, beach blanket, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, skip board & beach toys.

After spending the day enjoying the outdoors, use the hot water outdoor shower! Don't forget your surfrods and sunscreen!

Private neighborhood three blocks from the ocean. The neighborhood is very quiet consisting of retired and semi-retired couples. Flagler Beach is a quaint town between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. It is an easy day trip to the Orlando area. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Small, safe area with retired Flagler Beach police living on the street. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping house.
